The Element is well appointed, a picturesque hotel & convention center complex. The staff are helpfully & friendly. I had many meals at Marriott within the complex and the food is excellent & the chef as well as the kitchen team deserve much praise for their service. I would have liked to see at Element a washer & dryer facility for a long stay hotel brand just like they show on the website, but alas this Element did not offer such facility. For a new hotel many maintenance issues from doors broken, water leaking, mold, broken windows, just to name a few things that need to be addressed immediately. As the staff seem very concerned the management seems to be preoccupied with their own business and not the business of hotel operations and owner property protection. The attitude of management is “I am busy” therefore these small details are not of concern. But in fact it’s a complete reflection on poor management from the top. I hope management can make changes and improve the quality and efficiency of doing repairs maybe even have the proactive approach to maintaining the integrity of the property. I understand the property is new and the construction team is still working on their list of things that need replacing or repaired. They need to have a MOD on call 24/7 and available to come to address issues as they arise. Management needs to be a leader and coach to the staff. The staff are eager and looking to leadership for a good team environment. I hope management is willing to change their mindset and focus on the details because the details matter. Overhall I look forward to staying at the hotel and look forward to seeing the improvements unfold day by day.

Overall, it was good. After staying for three days, Ctrip was much more expensive than offline. There is a bus stop right outside the door, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel environment and services are okay, it is relatively quiet, and I slept better. Mainly because there is a free swimming pool, which is good for children to swim and play in. Adults can also exercise, and breakfast is okay. Disadvantages: When we checked in after three o'clock, the room had not been cleaned yet. We were still mopping the floor when we entered the room. We may have been in a hurry. There were no paper towels. We only found out when we needed them at night. We called the front desk to get them. Three people were staying. There are only two bottles of water and two sets of toiletries including towels and bath towels, but they will be replenished after telling the front desk. The service is not bad. The only thing that the front desk couldn't do was that the bath water was running hot and cold. I called the maintenance staff to check it, but they said there was nothing they could do. The weather was cooling down, so even a slight adjustment didn't work. They could only adjust the water flow to a small amount, which would not cause the problem when it was suddenly cold. too cold. In addition, since we stayed for four days and three nights, which was a long time, we put our things more casually. We put a do not disturb sign before going out. When we returned, we found that we still had to clean it. It was easy to wash it and dry it, and prepare it for three days. Towels were taken away. . . Overall, everything is good. I just wish I could respect the customer's requirements more.

The suite we stayed in was quite comfortable and had a good view. There is quite a lot of food around, so I ate at Guangzhou Restaurant as soon as I came here. There is a small coffee shop that is also delicious. Unfortunately, the warm air from the air conditioner has no effect and the sound is quite loud. Overall OK

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the waiter was warm and patient to introduce the environment. The breakfast is rich and varied, which can satisfy different people. The flowers on the table are flowers 👍.

Because I had to have a physical examination at the Civil Aviation Hospital, I chose this hotel. What I want to say is that this hotel does not support delivery to the room. You have to go to the 1st floor to get it yourself, which is not very convenient. The bathroom facilities are rather old-fashioned.

I must say that the overall service quality and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding… as I was travelling with my wife & daughter, the front desk staff ( named Yan) was very thoughtful and attentive. I requested for a rope for my daughter and Ms Yan also brought me baby slippers & toothbrush which was a pleasant surprise… I would surely book this place again for my upcoming trip to Guangzhou later this year

During a family trip in Guangzhou, I accidentally found this newly opened hotel. I heard that it was a famous civil aviation hotel before. I wanted to try it and booked it. It is very convenient to drive, there is a parking lot for free parking, you can save the trouble of finding a parking lot. The young lady at the front desk was very professional and gave me a free upgrade to the room. The room was clean and the bedding was so comfortable. The pillow had a hard and soft one, which was very intimate. There are also a lot of food nearby. There is Guangzhou morning tea downstairs. There are all Korean Streets nearby. It is also close to the No. 5 tarmac and Wanda Plaza. Unfortunately, there is something to stay for a day and leave. I will stay here next time.
