The apar**ent is very new and the refrigerator plug in the room has not been turned on. I guess I am the first user. Although it is not luxuriously equipped, it can be seen that a lot of thought has been put into everything from the vending machine downstairs to the various supplies prepared in the room. The hygiene of the homestay, which I am most worried about, is impeccable. The service staff is also very enthusiastic. From the guidance when opening the room to the questions and answers on WeChat, I am satisfied. The reason why I say so much is to give a fair recommendation to the subsequent residents, and to encourage the operators and service staff of the homestay. Of course, it cannot be compared with luxury apar**ents, but I think this is already a very good choice based on this price. The swimming pool is probably open in summer because the weather is still relatively cold now. This price is very cost-effective. If you stay for a long time, choose this. The king-size bed room is only 300+, the hot water supply is stable, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy. When I went to bed at night, I adjusted the lowest air volume. There is also a washing machine with a drying function. It was unexpected that it was from Xiaomi. It can be dried and washed in an hour, which is very convenient. There is also an oven and a refrigerator. Ctrip says the check-in time is 14:00-21:00. At first I was worried that I would miss it, so I changed to the high-speed rail. Later, the housekeeper added me on WeChat and helped me check in in advance. In fact, I didn't have to change to the high-speed rail, and I could check in whenever I arrived. From Guangzhou South Station to University City South Station, there are 8 subway stations, about 20 minutes. When you get to University City South Station, take the D bus from Exit A for 12 yuan, and you will arrive in a few minutes. When you leave, you will find that there is an open space at the door of the apar**ent for parking. Parking is also very convenient. It is said that there are charging piles. The room entrance is a password lock, so you don't have to worry about forgetting to bring your room card when you go out, very convenient. This homestay opened in 2023. The room is large, the environment is good, clean and hygienic. In the community, there are tennis courts and swimming pools. The facilities in the room and community are complete and new. It is just next to Lingnan Impression Garden, 2-3 minutes walk, convenient transportation, and about 10 minutes walk from the subway station. After doing business, I stayed the next day! I will come again next time!
