Nice hotel with big abs clean rooms and great staff to ensure all your needs are taken care off, but the location is little off the grid and also in some rooms the windows have been purposely made opaque from the inside, so can’t see anything out of the room, wonder why though???

This was the second time I’ve stayed at the hotel. I was lucky enough to get same room as my last stay. The service at the reception was good and relatively quick to check in. Only problem in the room was minibar refrigerator bottom door didn’t close. So I had to place it towards the wall to keep closed and my drink cold as well. I will stay here again as it is very close to all amenities, transportation and places I need to visit.

The service was very good, the room type was upgraded for free, and I gave an extra breakfast bill for three people. The staff was also very friendly. My child was crying and looking for something in the car, so they helped me swipe the elevator card. I felt embarrassed. It is highly recommended

The room is on the 7th floor and the restaurant is on the 1st floor. The ladies at the front desk were very gentle. It seemed that Ctrip only gave us one breakfast for the two rooms we booked, but the ladies added one for free.
