Carpeted room and curtain was very dirty with Moist n cigrette smell. We can hardly breath hence request to change room. Hotel staff did their best to change to a non carpet room it’s was better but the soundproof is bad as u can hear pple talking when they passby and slamming their door .
one of the manager on duty on 23March did her best to change room and was extreme patience and helpful.

I originally booked for 2 nights but after staying for a night I decided to book another hotel. The main reason is the smell of the room, it has this ordour in the room and the carpet was dirty (the photos was taken the following morning). I stayed and didn't get a room change because I believe it was the last room when I booked and I was tired from traveling. I went to the afternoon tea, there was another 30 minutes left. When I got to the dining area, there were no food and tables were full of people's left overs.

Great location. Hotel is just behind Teemall & Beijing road metro station exit A. Few mins to Beijinglu Pedestrian Street. Hotel staff is friendly & helpful. Thanks Wei.

Nice place, clean, helpful, and friendly staff.
Washing machines and drier provided is a plus.
Location is strategic and quite. Near Beijing Road and metro.
Highly recommended!!

Good location next to Beijinglu metro station exit A . There are 2 big department store Tmall.Good breakfast and good afternoon tea and snack.Easy to go to canton tower have delicious Guangzhou Grilled Duck.

Hotel is conveniently located with Malls nearby, only thing is the room is abit dark and doesn't have fridge. But location is good and counter is helpful with xiao Lian assistance to extend the checkout hours.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. I extended my stay here as my flight was cancelled due to bad weather.
