優缺點都很明顯，優點：
1.因為酒店所處位置在一個職校裏面，所以環境比較安靜，基本上不會有一般城市經濟酒店環境噪聲的困擾（但並不意味着房間本身隔音效果好，事實上走廊裏行人走路聲保潔員推車聲聽得一清二楚）。
缺點：
1.還是位置，安靜意味着不方便，畢竟在城市裡，走到路邊都要幾百米，而且點外賣的話外賣小哥進來也不方便。
2.停車收費。相對於一晚三四百的房費，沒有自己的停車場就算了，停車衹能停學校車位本就不多的停車場，酒店雖然會報銷，但報銷有上限，每天衹報15，問題是你衹要每天進出幾次，一天停車費大幾十上百很容易。
3.房間設施設備一般，房間面積也偏小，網速也一般，很像是那種老招待所改的，前台離譜的藏在學校閘口的門衞室後面，離房間還有幾百米，所以對居住體驗和服務不要有太高期待。
總體而言，因為得天獨厚的環境安靜優勢，所以衹要裏面住客素質不至於太差，打掃衞生的阿姨不至於太早開始打掃衞生，體驗也不會很糟糕，於我本人而言我覺得服務水平和政策設施有提升空間，希望能看齊一個四百價位的標準酒店水準。

外中山大學南校區對面的學校裏面，鬧鐘取靜的地方，因為太安靜我們國慶節過去第一天直接睡到9點半才醒，設施齊全，乾淨衞生。出來外面可以逛逛康樂村夜市，不得不説這邊衣服真便宜。天橋上面晚上可以看到小蠻腰也是不錯的。

服務態度還不錯，基礎設施也還行，但是衞生狀態不好。入住第一天，剛開門就在書桌上發現一衹蟑螂，上一位客人煙灰缸裏留下的煙頭沒有清理，桌上全是黑色點點，打了電話承諾幫我們噴葯清潔，結果兩天後又在地上發現一衹蟑螂。
