第一次入這個酒店，交通很便利，離地鐵站很近，步行幾分鐘就到了。房間內設施很齊全，有洗衣機、冰箱。床非常軟很舒服!前台小姐姐也很熱情。退房也很方便微信説一下可以了，有什麼需要微信可以説一下，及時回覆。

位置離地鐵站很近，前台在小區門口，住宿是在一個小區裏面，登記好前台會發去房間的路線視頻，跟着視頻走就行，視頻很詳細，很好找，小區裏面很安靜，房間裏面有窗户，空氣很好，一點都不悶，房間很大。設施設備比較簡單，但是很齊全，有冰箱+洗衣機+抽油煙機，感覺很適合長住，這個價格能住到這麼好設施這麼齊全的房間算是撿漏了哈哈哈，比我住過的其他的好太多了~體驗感非常好，下次還來！

我們是來跑馬的，接電話的潮汕兵哥哥好好玩 溝通很好。
房間真的是二房一廳複試，和跑步好基友住互不幹擾，乾淨安靜交通方便。
今年黃馬的國內冠軍岑萬江也住這個公寓樓盤，我們偶遇上，大家都不約而同牛肉火鍋，真的好好好吃。
可能從來沒有在知識城見過這麼多人，房價上去了不少，幸虧我倆定得早。
知識城環境超級感人，房價似乎也很好。
對了小小瑕疵，記得一定要先電話潮汕兵哥哥 不要按照攜程那個地址去找。他會清晰指引哪棟樓入住，見了面就是微信，然後房間密碼全部搞定。明年好基友去跑馬，還要住這。

第一間房地板全是不明水，換了後第二間房客廳有個燈是壞的一直閃爍。其它應有的都有。

房間乾淨衞生，裝修很新裝配東西很齊全，價格很優惠，位置也很方便，離地鐵站很近，要過去中山大學附屬腫瘤醫院就很近，非常方便。

環境一般，房間還留有上一位客人的飲料，不確定有沒有打掃。空調製冷效果很差，裏面積灰嚴重。門是密碼鎖，裏面反鎖之後還是能用密碼打開，不太安全，獨自出門在外的不建議入住

入住體驗就很差，頂着烈日門口等待老闆過來接，差點中暑！公共環境真是一言難盡，電梯破舊，隔壁裝修，人來人往噪音巨大！而且由於是複式公寓，層高很矮，住起來非常壓抑，房間衞生也做的不好。被褥有污漬
