這就是家黑店，800一晚的酒店，房間空調損壞也不維修，入住後我提出疑問，但客服漠視，説等等就涼了，保證空調沒問題，因夜深將就，但開着16度最大風檔的空調，我不到5小時被悶醒，全身出汗頭暈，再次聯繫客服後，他們才緩緩派人過來，簡單查看後，並未關注問題和維修空調，而是聲稱因為我們窗户沒關好（衹有一手寬，且拉好窗簾的情況），不是空調的問題，整個溝通過程絲毫不關心客人身體情況，也不提空調維修一事，且推卸責任。事後，我向攜程網客服投訴，該酒店也拒絕溝通。

3月17日訂的4月14日的房間，4月11日晚接到一個自稱該酒店的電話，通知説4月14日不方便入住，要求加微信接收不方便入住通知（個人理解應該是廣交會房間要賣高價）。當即通過攜程APP在線聯繫攜程酒店管家，第二天（4月12日）攜程酒店管家在線回覆，酒店要求加微信是為了發送入住密碼給到我，並沒有説不能入住。
4月13日下午不放心，再次通過攜程95010客服電話與攜程確認入住相關訊息，攜程回覆確認：房間入住沒有問題，實際房間狀況和佈局與攜程該房型頁面圖片一致。
4月14日下午16點多通過酒店發送的密碼進入房間…發現房間與攜程頁面圖片天差地別，沒有沙發，沒有書桌，整個房間甚至沒有一個凳子，目測房間實際面積在30平米左右，立刻聯繫酒店，被告知這個房間就是這樣的！當場聯繫攜程，一個多小時都沒有解決…
14號晚上接到攜程投訴處理回覆，稱這個酒店不同意取消預訂；聽到這個回覆，我驚呆了，我提醒攜程這酒店入住當天是18點前可以免費取消的，我17:40已經離開，何來無法取消一説？而且，因為酒店沒有承諾的前台（現在已經偷偷刪除前台圖片了），我才被迫站在房間裏等處理（沒有凳子，衹能站着）！
後來鬧到文旅局，攜程告知酒店的回覆是：的確給的不是我預訂的房型，是給我升級了房型，可能我們大家對升級這個詞的認知不一樣吧～
奉勸各位，預訂的時候擦亮眼睛！

活動方便入住威萊斯酒店公寓，第一次體驗，網上評價不錯，選了周邊幾個酒店後，選擇這家性價比相對不錯的酒店，酒店沒有前台，是自助式憑密碼進入房間，房間大小尚可，個人覺得位置不錯，地鐵出來300多米，房間設施設備齊全，有洗衣機、微波爐、冰箱等，總體感覺還行吧，也許是看評價把期望值提高了。

優點：地理位置方便，周邊有地鐵和餐飲，環境安靜，有洗衣機烘乾功能微波爐
缺點：房間很多設施都比較老舊，毛巾特別舊，有黃色污漬，微波爐裏面很臟，吧枱椅太高，沒法坐，唯一能坐的一把椅子坐了往後倒差點摔跤。窗簾很廉價透光。天剛亮整個房間都很亮。衞生間每次洗完澡地上都有很多水，容易滑倒。房間出現過兩衹死蟑螂。洗髮水沐浴露都廉價質差
服務很無語。有天晚上遊玩之後回酒店居然門是開的。客服説會提醒阿姨關門的，就這麼解決了😓説春節人手不夠要兩三天才回來做衞生。我們説不打掃真的沒關係，但是每天需要換毛巾洗澡，結果最熱的一天客服説好會換毛巾的，晚上回來洗澡的時候才發現沒有換毛巾，問客服才説是洗衣房不開，毛巾週轉不過來。你不可能是當天才知道的吧？
體驗很差，和價格不相稱。服務酒店行業春節沒服務，還是第一次聽説😂

房間有臭味，從浴室傳出來的，房卡和衞生紙等都是通知服務人員後才補的，沒有前台，價格跟整體評比起來太高，應該是地點的關係，不然這房間不值這個價
