Yuexiu Hotel Guangzhou, Curio Collection by Hilton

Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Haizhu Square Guangzhou|2.44km from Tingchao Garden
First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. The housekeeping staff even found out that I drink coffee every day, so they put some extra coffee capsules in the bag so that I could drink it with peace of mind😀 Although the hotel's catering is not yet complete, the scenery is almost non-existent, and the young service staff's response is a bit ****y. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. In addition, the old central location just across the road from Beiyuan Restaurant can definitely be a reason to stay here again next time.

The environment of the hotel is not very good. Not to mention the lobby is small and messy. There is also a musty smell. The mats in the elevator have not been changed for a long time and look old and dirty. The bathroom tub in the river view room and the floor-to-ceiling glass in the room were very dirty. It really affects my mood. The 700 yuan spent on accommodation during the Chinese New Year is a bit worth it.

Very satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. It was very clean and hygienic. I upgraded to a room with a river view for free. The view is wide. There are many delicious food around. It is also very close to the subway station. You can walk to the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and only a few steps to the river. Minutes, very convenient for walking at night. The service from the girl at the front desk is also very good.

When checking into this apartment, please pay attention to the name. The navigation took us to the Harbor Plaza Hotel. It turned out that we really had the wrong hotel. It wasn’t until around two o’clock in the morning that Harbor Plaza called and said they made a mistake. We went back here all night and arrived at this hotel. That's not the name downstairs. No wonder the navigation got it wrong. It's the first time I encountered this situation after traveling to so many places. When I go back to the hotel, the space is very large. For a hotel in Guangzhou that has just been renovated, the formaldehyde smell is relatively strong and there are relatively few towels. I only had one with me, but it didn't affect us. We had already freshened up over there at Haiyi. Apart from this little incident, everything was fine.

The location is very good, just above the Jiangwan Sunshine World, it is more convenient to travel, the subway can take a taxi, downstairs is the shopping mall, close to several necessary pedestrian streets, the most important thing is that the room butler is very enthusiastic, and I will solve any needs as soon as possible. Caused me to stay for several days hhh. Great.

we rent that hotel for our wedding. the room that they gave us is little old. you can see it on the flooring and cabinets. there is a weird smell coming from the bath room. and bathroom door is not secured. it is sliding and you cannot lock it. there is no privacy when using it. i booked for lake view room. but they gave us a non lake view room. they dont want to transfer us. we are asking for one blanket but they want to charge us 30rmb per day. We told the hotel staff not to open and enter our room when we are nor there. but the cleaners keep on entering our room without our permission. Our luggage are open and we are not comfortable having people entering our room without our permission.
