He booked a four-room package that included ferry tickets. When he checked in at 4 p.m., only one room was available. During the Canton Fair, we all said it was understandable that the room was available late. But we just wanted to take a night tour of the Pearl River. We had been contacting the hotel since we booked a room a week in advance to ask for help in confirming the reservation. However, when we arrived at the ticket gate at the pier, they booked four less tickets. Then they came to ask me how many rooms I had booked. The experience is too bad. The most important thing is why no one mentioned the air conditioning in this hotel. When I went back to sleep at night, I found that the air conditioner wind could not be adjusted at all. The air conditioner wind was blowing directly in my face while I slept. Even if I slept at the end of the bed, I still couldn't block the magical wind. I couldn't sleep all night. The bedding is of a good brand, but no matter how good the facilities are, the result is that no one can sleep. The main purpose of a hotel is not to allow guests to have a comfortable sleep. No matter how good other things are, people won’t think twice if they don’t sleep well.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the Pearl River and opposite Tianzi Pier. It has an unparalleled river view. It is very nice to walk along the Pearl River at night and watch the night view of the lights. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The butler Ronaldo helped us clean our suitcases. The chili made by the chef is very delicious 👍 Highly recommended!

It is quite affordable among hotels in popular areas of Guangzhou. The newly opened sanitation and facilities are good, the waiters are also very good, and the package also comes with a night cruise ticket on the Pearl River. It's just that the afternoon tea was delivered a little late. It was left in the refrigerator without being eaten. It was gone when we moved into the room the next day, and there was no welcome fruit, but it didn't matter. It's still quite a distance to walk to the other side of the river.

The parking lot is very good, but the elevator is really long. It can be set to automatically allocate the elevator to stop by pressing one button. The two elevators basically stop at each floor after pressing one button, which wastes time. The robot delivery of food is also inefficient (it takes more than ten minutes to deliver it from the front desk to the room). The lighting control design of the hotel is also a bit inhumane. It can only turn on and off the lights. People like me who need night lights cannot even turn on a desk lamp separately. People traveling together do not mean that they can rest at the same time. It is very basic to have switches between the bed area and the desk area. I don’t quite understand why it is always turned off. Finally, I am particularly dissatisfied. At more than seven o’clock in the morning, I said I wanted to extend my stay, but the front desk said that it was full and I couldn’t extend my stay. I kept looking for a hotel nearby early in the morning. Many hotels have reserved some rooms for flexible allocation. This is really the first time I have encountered someone who directly said there is no room. If you encounter someone in special circumstances, you have to leave with a lot of bags at noon! ! ! We were staying comfortably, with plenty of food and fun things to do nearby, but then I got up at around 7am and had to look for a hotel, which made us uncomfortable.

The service and hygiene are very good! Very! Because we were on our honeymoon, we were upgraded to a suite. It's the most comfortable and cleanest hotel I've stayed at in my three visits to Guangzhou. The bathroom has no water stains at all, and the wet and dry parts are separated. It's very nice! The hotel is also very beautiful. Everyone’s service attitude is very good. There is also a laundry room and a gym, which are very convenient. The service attitude is quite good, especially in the morning when there are more varieties. The catering staff is very enthusiastic and introduces the taste very attentively in the morning. Free parking is also available. The room facilities are relatively complete, and the hot water and air conditioning effects are also OK. Because it is a new hotel, the owner may be too anxious to open the business. The corridor is a closed space and the decoration smell is very strong. The decoration smell in the room is also strong, which makes people uncomfortable. The accommodation experience is poor. You have to open the window when sleeping at night. It is not suitable for staying for too long. It is recommended to remove the smell before opening the business. You still have to pay attention to the health of the guests!

The only dissatisfaction may be with the smell of the shower gel, which is a bit like Thai essential oil. Personally, I don't like it very much. Maybe the woody and floral scent would be better. Moreover, the service of all hotel staff is very enthusiastic, including the front desk, cleaning aunt... "Fangfang" is our receptionist. She is very enthusiastic and arranges check-in very quickly. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's very comfortable and close to where you can go. Late night takeaway is also very convenient nearby. Overall, it is a very good hotel. I will choose this hotel to stay next time.

The room I was given for the first time was told to upgrade to the executive floor because the TV was broken. However, the room was actually nothing special, but it did not have a view room. After complaining on the second night, the water temperature in the shower improved, but the bathroom was even worse blocked and the bathroom was in a mess. Finally, I was forced to transfer. In terms of location, it is not close to the subway station, but it faces the pier and the scenery is beautiful. The room is actually quite large, so it is not inconvenient to take a taxi.  The buffet food is not very attractive, there is not much food to choose from!
