Seriously bad reviews, what facilities are there in the hotel, I suffered from insomnia, my experience is as follows: I checked into room 922 on the night of February 1st and went to bed before eleven o'clock. Unexpectedly, the smart device in room 922 gave me a shock and automatically turned on the light around 1:10 in the morning. I turned it off three or four times to fall asleep, and then turned it on automatically after less than a minute. After that, I felt sleepless and very irritable. After contacting the manager to request check-out, the light turned on automatically again during the communication process. The hotel manager and room service aunt were present to witness this. I really don’t dare to live there and spend money to buy insomnia. . . Okay, since the business travel order cannot be refunded, please change me to room 2021. There is no other way. After one trip, I can't sleep after 2 o'clock in the morning. Sorry manager and room aunt, but my emotions are out of control and it has nothing to do with you. There were two white bathrobes hanging in the large wardrobe next to the wash basin. I was scared to death in the middle of the night. The smell of sewers is disgusting. 3. The window in the room could not be closed, but fortunately there was no sound that night. 4. The location is very good, located in the city center. Just hearing the name of the hotel sounds very high-end, but in fact it is just an express hotel similar to the Hanting Hotel, which is highly not recommended.

A toxic hotel. The nearby concerts rehe****d every day until one or two in the morning, and the hotel couldn't do anything. They only said that there was nothing we could do. The smell in the toilet was so bad that I probably used a laundry bag to contain my disgusting vomit. The water flow in the bathroom is very small, only suitable for bathing ants. It's an extremely disgusting hotel. I won't come here a second time. Please don't choose it if you are traveling on business, otherwise it will be enough for you.

It was very noisy. There was municipal construction work downstairs from midnight to 6 a.m. every day. There was nothing the hotel could do. The glass in the room was really not soundproof at all. I was woken up every day, so I had to check out early. The hotel is ok in other aspects, and eating is very convenient.
