Edmonton Hotels with Gym

The room is relatively clean, the toilet is too shallow, the flushing is afraid of splashing on the body, can the hotel change it?

The hotel is quite new and room is big and clean. Staff is not very helpful or proactive although they are courteous. They did not proactively sent someone to make the sofa bed at night but rather ask me to do it myself. The body wash was not refilled and I have to use shampoo to take bath.

Great central location with friendly staff. Room upgraded for free due to Marriott membership. Beds are very comfortable. TV has chromecast (took some time setting up). Shower water pressure a tad on the low side w/ water saving shower head. Parked at surface parking right beside the building ($35/night, underground parking available as well).

The hotel is very close to the water park, driving about 8 minutes, near the KFC, Walmart, the hotel's breakfast is also not bad, but the facilities are relatively old, like many years ago, the hotel's service in general, just started to check in when I saw to take a lot of luggage no one to help take a little bit of the face of the expressionless.

Three ladies stayed for two nights. We wish the hotel provided hair drier and shoehorn in the room. We reserved for three adults but towels, coffee cops and glasses provided for only two people. The drain at the tub was very slow. Almost everything was fixed after we addressed. We were very disappointed because the steam sauna was out of order and one of my friends was hit by the ball that other guests were playing with water ball inside of the pool. I wish there was sign not to play with a ball inside of the pool. I think it is very common not to play the ball inside of the pool especially there were many people inside of the pool.

Hotels abroad are relatively old, so don't expect too much. I would like to remind you that you should never park in the hotel. It costs $36.75 a day, while the public parking lot 300m outside the hotel only costs $4 a day. It's a rip-off. Later, I wanted to stop parking and asked if I could get a refund. The answer was ”No”🥲🥲🥲

Staff are friendly and the location is good! I brought my little dog with me, so I love the room without carpet! The room was big and with free breakfast. For the amenities, they only provided shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel. And if the hotel can be equipped with a microwave instead of sharing one ok the ground floor, that would be great!

It takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.

Left our keys in the room and the front desk gentleman was kind and efficient and quick to get us a new one and comforted us that it was no problem at all
