Nice new hotel and friendly staff.
Unfortunately, there were two minor faults:
1.) The first two days the coffee (espresso) in the restaurant was excellent. Then its quality dropped... no crema. The young lady did her best, but it was obvious that her level of education was not enough to solve this problem.
2.) On departure, I asked if we could have check-out an hour later, at 12:00 instead of 11:00. This was refused, even though the hotel was empty.... Strange, for a hotel of this level, but whatever.
Normally I would have given 4 stars instead of 5... but this time I was more lenient. However, the service should match the price. So I hope the staff will get trained.
