The hotel is old so the decoration isn’t modern, there’s some mold in the bathroom and not all the walls are freshly painted BUT the staff are very nice (they brought us fruit and cookies every day, and let us check out at 3 PM), everything’s clean, the room’s big and very comfortable (it’s even possible to sleep without AC when it’s 30 degrees outside), the swimming pool is nice and there’s a wide choice at breakfast (no real coffee, though). The location is OK - next to the beach and bus stops, around 40 minutes by car to the city centre.

這次來參加第四次海南消費品博覽會，作為參展商選擇本酒店入住五天
距離：離展會很近，走路五公里，打車10塊左右，很划算
工作人員：喜歡前台人員的熱情態度，尤其是徐艷、王淑燕以及朱健新等員工的態度讓我們消除了展會的疲憊，每次回到酒店有回家的感覺
酒店設施：全自動智能控制，方便了我們的住和行
酒店早餐：很豐富，很乾凈，能滿足個人需求
每次上下車都會幫忙開車，展會期間往貨拉拉裝貨時也有主動幫忙裝卸，很是感動
酒店游泳池也很喜歡、温水游泳池也是養生人員定製，下次還會來住

沐浴露居然是空的，第一晚洗澡就用旁邊的洗髮水對付了下，下去跟前台反應了，很震驚這是五星級酒店的設施，單獨放沐浴露不行嗎？

酒店性價比超高，設施有些年代感，但衞生還是很不錯的，房間單獨配備了除濕器，這個太棒了，早餐比較豐盛，煮粉很好吃，過馬路就是假日海灘，酒店温泉池和泳池連着，水裡形成了一個温度過度，這個太合適了，遠大購物廣場吃飯非常方便，打車十來分鐘，前台小姐姐甜妹服務熱情，再來必住！

前台服務非常好，房間很舒服，沒有空拍照，景色很美，出門就是假日海灘，去騎樓老街，地質公園等等景點打車方便路程大概十公里。也還算方便。來海口第一天住在這裏，長者孩子都很開心。泳池挺多人我們沒有去。早餐很豐盛。服務也還過得去。在風味餐廳吃了一頓午餐，不錯的。
