辦理入住時，第一，前台告知無法查詢到網購訊息，需要我出示手機訂票訊息。第二，身份核查機器的攝像頭已損壞，通過手寫訊息辦理入住，不知程序是否合規。第三，我訂的是豪華電腦房，前台告知該旅舍沒有電腦房，涉嫌虛假宣傳。服務方面，第一，對網絡銷售渠道不負責，在我辦理入住後，旅舍仍未網上確認入住消息，直到電商官方電話聯繫我才得以更新。第二，在我入住的兩天裏，旅舍負責人多次*擾，詢問並質疑網絡購票的具體訊息，但不限於購票的方式、金額和時間，對我的休息造成了極大的困擾。第三，以下班為由拒開發票。房間設施方面，第一，房門不是電子鎖，出門不能鎖門。第二，水壺裡有着厚厚的水垢，倒水時會有污垢碎片。第三，床頭插座是壞的，無法充電。

旅舍不錯，離機場近，且包接送，一下飛機就有人過來接了，第二天如果坐飛機他們也是包送機，真的太方便了，一樓還有休閑娛樂場所，體驗感不錯，推薦！
