"The hotel and tourist center staff were incredibly warm and attentive. There's a convenient shuttle service connecting all the main spots in the scenic area, like the tourist center, hotel, and the tide-watching park. The hotel rooms are spacious, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and fully equipped. The breakfast selection is excellent. Overall, staying at this hotel was very comfortable; the environment is lovely, making it a perfect place for a vacation or a relaxing retreat."

"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay. The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"The room was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent – they thoughtfully upgraded us, which made the experience great for everyone, from the kids to the grandparents. The hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious, and when we were too lazy to go out for lunch, we ordered a set meal from the Western restaurant, which was also very good. The complimentary activities were a nice bonus too. The ancient town was not crowded and very pleasant to explore. The ****** mystery game is definitely worth a second visit!"

"The hotel is better than expected overall. It is the best choice for tide-watching hotels! You can watch the tide on the second floor platform of the hotel. The hotel environment and hygiene are first-class, French style, especially the front desk Xiao Feng, the service attitude is thoughtful and enthusiastic, giving people a feeling of home. I especially want to praise his Chinese restaurant, which is absolutely top-notch. I had lunch and dinner in the hotel consecutively because I felt it was okay after lunch and tasted it again. Aunt Zhang in the Chinese restaurant also provided very good service. This hotel is worth recommending!"

"It's a spacious two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom apartment. The building is listed as having opened this year, so the complex is very new. The sales office is still there, so there are probably still units for sale. Occupancy isn't high. It's located outside Yanguan Town, about a 10-minute walk away. There aren't many people around. You can see the Qiantang River in the distance. It feels like it just opened recently; it's very new. There are some seats at the reception, but breakfast isn't provided yet. Since we were only staying one night, it provided enough comfortable space for two friends to move around and rest. It was quite nice."

"The ideal water town of Greentown, the quality of the house is really good, the people and cars are diverted, there are children's amusement facilities, lounge chairs, coffee tables, and swimming pools in the community. It is also convenient to go to Yanguan Ancient Town. The only downside is that the room furniture is different from the picture. You can't see the picture to order. The room is three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. The facilities are very new and very good. It is not convenient to order takeaway, but the food tastes very good, delivered quickly, and even ate two meals. The farmhouse dishes are full and taste super good."

The surrounding transportation is convenient and traveling is super easy. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and there is a dedicated cleaning staff every day, with great attention to detail. The facilities are also very complete and the stay is very comfortable. The staff's enthusiasm makes people feel warm!"

"I stayed overnight with my family with 2 kids. Hotel location, service (although almost no english) and cleanliness was good. But to my surprise it had a love hotel vibe. They even had these adult toys & condoms displayed inside our “family room” instead of a minibar, which I found little inappropriate for people with young kids. There are many shops and eats nearby, cab from the railway station was under 10 yuans."

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal."
