The air conditioner was on all night, but the room was still freezing cold, even though the mode was correct. I didn't dare move around too much under the covers. Its a friendly budget hotel, though they could do better in terms of toiletries. Also check in took too long, but a big plus on the pre installed movies. We enjoyed watching them

Service: It's a self-service arrangement with no physical front desk. However, the customer service was very quick to respond.
