Incredible hotel staff
The staff here is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially when the power went out on the island shortly after our arrival. Luckily, they had a generator on site that kept things running smoothly. The property is pristine, being brand new and well maintained. It's just a few minutes walk from Cat Co beaches. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious. Our view with sea view was amazing, it looks like a painting in the sunset time.
Duong at the reception helped us to book all transportation and tours we love the sunset and plankton bioluminescent night kayak tour from the hotel
Would recommend this hotel to anyone on Cat Ba island

The facilities are good and the location is great with a view of the beach.
In particular, the staff at the reception were very friendly and very helpful when making additional travel plans or needing information.

Everything matches the photo. Clean and comfortable. It's not noisy in the evening.

The location is good and it is convenient to eat around. The service is average. Except for a girl who might be a travel agency employee who introduced the hotel and the island tour routes to me when I checked in, she was warm and thoughtful and communicated fluently in English. The other services were quite poor. The room attendants always knocked hard on the door when they came in to clean the room. After they came in, they cleaned with a sullen face and did a hasty job. After cleaning, it was almost as if they had not cleaned at all.

The room is small, has no view, isn't clean, and I didn't eat much breakfast, but the Russian person vomited. I also vomited while eating. The rooftop view is great. The sunset at the bar is killer. I washed and cleaned the clothes, but the smell of detergent was strong. 1kg costs 80,000 dong.

Lovely stay. Relaxed by the pool with stunning view & sipped on various delicious drinks. There’s a covered open bar area you can sit or banana lounge by pool. Room a decent size & had a bit of the glorious view . Breakfast was great! Is central location & staff friendly. 😊 Thank you.
