攜程上搜大柴旦酒店，熱水不足，吵鬧，裝修味大，早餐差的都直接Pass。維也納感覺能接受。住進來後，發現熱水充足，熱水老公給了n次表揚，酒店兩側都在新建酒店，但晚上睡覺還比較安靜。最重要房間衞生、整潔，wifi信號好，早餐品種也可以。半夜醒了有點幹，趕緊把加濕器開上才又睡着。八月份660元的價格感覺還是有點貴，但畢竟大柴旦是近年網紅點，旅遊旺季這價格也能接受，現在YiQing期人少價格還優惠了。翡翠湖挺漂亮的，總之挺滿意

燒水壺有剩下的水，衣櫃裏有之前的臟浴巾，也不知道這衞生咋打掃的，大西北環線最貴的酒店，性價比真的差。供氧機是衹能吸入不能給房間供養
不過好評的是送早餐及酸奶

一路上我們住了三晚的維也納酒店，除了房間稍小點外，其他沒毛病。他們的店都處於當地的中心位置，而且裝修，房間大小，設施都一樣。推薦遊西北大環線住該酒店，相對條件不錯。出門在外，沒必要住貴的，貴的不一定是最好的。早餐也很豐富，合四川人的胃口，合大家的胃口。

這個酒店是我們一路旅行到現在評價最好的酒店，酒店規模很大，門前後院都🈶停車場，能停幾十輛車，實在不夠用了，還可以停在酒店邊的馬路上。房間設施非常好，乾淨整潔，房間很大，床也很舒服。前台工作人員訓練有素，待人彬彬有禮。酒店離翡翠湖大約6公里，開車去十幾分鍾就到，離酒店不遠就是大柴旦夜市，走路過去大約10分鐘，人很多，非常熱鬧，好吃的很多，強烈建議晚上去飽餐一頓。

我們一路從江蘇到西北，入住非常多家酒店，但這家酒店真是刷新了我們對於酒店的衞生，服務的認知，實在是太差了。
衞生 進入酒店看到大堂地面全部是厚厚的灰，再進入個酒店客房走廊，都是臟臟的布，進入客房衞生間淋浴房地面毛髮，地面發黑污漬，衞生間異味很重，水壺厚厚的水垢，製氧機水都發臭了，上面全部都是厚厚的灰，這個是製氧還是製毒？
前台 從我們進門入住到退房都未見過前台笑臉相迎，接待時前台小哥哥全程戴着耳機，不知道是否能聽到我們講話。在入住期間詢問前台問題，一臉不耐煩。

旅遊這麼久以來，第一次覺得一個酒店各個方面都覺得很差，走廊全部都是鋪的那種布，行李箱都不好拿，還差點摔跤，服務人員態度也非常差，我在酒店洗衣房洗衣服，結果衣服沒了，找酒店人員，一開始説不知道，後來我讓他們調監控，我老公跟着他們一起看了好久，看到一個人進去之後，讓幫忙詢問，結果他們説不知道那人是哪個房間，説太晚了，要不明天再説，我老公不同意，他們還不開心，服務態度極差，還有，一打開房門，一股難聞的味道，超級難聞，全程無笑臉服務，第一次覺得酒店這麼差勁

來大柴旦旅遊，選擇維也納酒店，酒店很新，服務人員都特別熱情，服務態度很好，房間衞生感覺，住的很舒服，出差旅遊選擇連鎖酒店各方面都還是比較放心，樓下有好多飯館，聽説是大柴旦最火的網紅打卡餐館，味道不錯，購物也很方便，必須滿分。
