"This is a very nice hotel with a spa and open grounds. Excellent restaurant and a nice bar. The rooms were very comfortable and big! I had a great view of the Bavarian Alps out the window. We were only there one night but enjoyed it. We got into town early, so took the chairlift to top of ski resort and watched the hang gliders. Easy walk from resort to hotel."

"To make visiting Neuschwanstein Castle the next day convenient, I chose this hotel, which wasn't far away. The owner is Chinese, so communication was easy. They leave the keys for guests checking in that day at the front desk. There's a supermarket a few minutes' walk away, which is convenient for grocery shopping. I booked a room with two bedrooms, which was very nice, and it even had a small balcony. Breakfast is served the day before, and you can choose your preferred time. The restaurant is rather small, but they have a wide variety of breads, enough to fill you up."

"We ate dinner at the Casa Maria Restaurant and were very pleased with our meals and the service we received. I had the Lammkotlett, and it was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. My wife had the Saltinbocca alla Romana, and she was very pleased with it. My daughters had the Gnocchi 4 Formaggi and the Spaghetti alla Carbonara, and they also were very happy with their meals. The total price for all four of us was reasonable."

"The small balcony offers a lovely view. It's a 10-minute drive to Neuschwanstein Castle, a good location with easy parking. Breakfast wasn't much, but it was alright. It's quiet, but not dark, and most importantly, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the shower water was inconsistent in temperature. Overall, the value is acceptable, considering it has an indoor swimming pool and sauna that stays open until 10 pm, which is rare in this area."
