Cedar Court Bradford Hotel

The only reason I booked the hotel was that it had a pool. No it doesn't - Pool and sauna closed since covid over 2.5 years but still advertised. virtually no staff so you have to check in and out on a screen. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel!

Room was very comfortable and had all necessary from hair dryer, iron, plenty of plug sockets. The only fault was the plug in the sink kept getting stuck in the hole. Breakfast was lovely, not rushed and help yourself to anything from the buffet- hot or cold. Large free car park.

Our business meeting at Cedar Court was made exceptional by the exemplary service provided by Naz and Farhana. From impeccable event coordination to attentive assistance, their professionalism ensured a seamless experience. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and dedicated staff.

This is our second stay at cedar Court our first time, I'm sad to say was disappointing, however, now under new management. We were welcomed with smiles from the start, staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were in an accessable room, this is in need of updating, they had a floating toilet, not really suitable for wheelchair users, and more grip rails were needed beside toilet, also hand held shower hose as apposed to fix shower head would be better, also, better accessable light switches and grip rail in the bedroom area would be useful, however the hotel is in the process of being upgraded. Room was large and bed very comfortable, slept like a log. Very clean. One of the best policy we have ever experienced was their attention to safety when it came to their disabled guests. A personalised emergency evacuation plan catered to my husbands needs, (he's in a wheelchair and is an amputee) a wonderful host manager showed where to go in the event of a fire, what my husband would need and how could they help was the focus of the plan. We have stayed both in Europe and the USA and have never come across this. Well done! They have a new menu, we had family come to stay at Cedar Court and nothing was too much in making sure we enjoyed our meal recommending items. Staff arranged tables so we could all sit together. There was a full event in their ballroom but you not have known it we were treated like we were their honoured guests . We were very sorry to end our stay and can't wait to come back. Great team, the managers should be very proud

I recently attended an event at cedar court hotel.I immensely impressed with the service provided by Naz and Uzma. Naz dealt with the quarries prior to the event and Uzma on the day.Both of the ladies were very professional and provided an exceptional service. I will definitely be using this hotel again and I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely fab service from Paddy and Ziryab. Checked in very late and Paddy was so helpful in meeting our needs. He helped to sort the rooms out to accommodate for our little children. We booked a total of 6 rooms and Paddy and Ziryab made sure the whole check in process was swift and easy. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m up north. Paddy is a great asset to his team.

My partner booked this as a birthday treat to get away for the night, and chaos of our normal lives. Checking in was fine, first glance at the hotel really nice, Food was lovely and staff efficient. Upon checking in was not told about the event happening tonight. So sat in our hotel room right now at midnight it's been boom boom boom since 8pm, I can't sleep I can even hear what songs are playing from our room. I feel this really should of been brought to our attention. I would not of stayed here tonight knowing this event was taking place. And the only way I found out was to go on their website and find the gala ladies night for myself. Will not be having any sleep tonight. I would not return to this hotel and it's really put a dampener on my birthday. Just wanted a nice peaceful relaxed weekend. My advice... Check for any events before you chose this hotel. We stayed in ibiza last year and it wasn't as noisy as this. Horrendous. In future I would make customers aware of your events if they choose to stay on the same night.

The beds were a little soft but very clean. The one shelf to put clothes on was a tiny bit dusty and would greatly benefit from having some drawers in the room. My travel companion in a different room was also treated to several snacks however I only received some cookies on the first night. However the absolute highlight of the stay was the delicious evening meals cooked by Jordan. Every dish had such a huge amount of flavour. They were the best meals I've had in a long time and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay again just for the food.

Very friendly staff. Clean hotel. Bed and pillows a bit soft. I ate two meals, slow roast belly pork and duck parfait, they perfectly cooked and prepared and were the best meals I have had in years. Mary was an excellent server. Fantastic stay.
