All good. Clean room that had what was needed. Great service from the lady on reception who also looked after the bar. Breakfast was good again with everything you would expect. Overall a great stay.

Small but adequate for a two night stay.
Mattress and pillows on the hard size.
Excellent tea and coffee making facilities and nice to have the little “hotel extras” missing at the more expensive Premier Inn.
Good bathroom but the ceiling could do with cleaning, it has stains caused by moisture.
Our room faced the main Halifax Road. A room at the back will be better if you like the window open at night.

The bedroom area was beautiful and clean, with a very comfy bed. The bathroom was clean, expect an area of mould on the ceiling in the shower. I think this was due to the extraction fan not working.
The staff were friendly and professional and very helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you

We asked for a quiet room for business and instead got room 237 which had a constant loud banging and sounded like the ceiling would collapse. This happened all through the night so for 2 nights we did not sleep. It was shocking.

This hotel has three stars, so we’re not talking super luxurious here, but it was excellent in every way for a three star hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was really delicious, better than three star I would say! However the real USP of the hotel is its proximity to Da Sandra’s, a truly outstanding restaurant where it is always a pleasure to have dinner.
