Location: On an island, which was completely pointless and inconvenient. Service: Terrible. 1. Couldn't open the room door. 2. A staff member came, didn't say a single word. 3. The next morning, someone swiped their card and entered the room. They offered a free drink and a 30-minute late check-out, which showed absolutely no sincerity.

Nice place on an island. You are staying in a castle. the portion of food for room service is large in size & 2 person can share it… ferry service though and from the island is half hourly per trip and it runs 24 hours…

Great place to just enjoy the beach and hotel facilities! We were lucky to be there (end Nov) when there was hardly anyone else around so we literally had the whole place to ourselves. The only downside is the daily buffet serves pretty much the same food so after a few meals it gets boring. To get out of the island, you will need to take a ferry but luckily some food options are available on the mainland, within walking distance of the ferry terminal. Overall, I would say a solid 8/10!

The resort was exactly as shown on pictures. We enjoyed our stay there, the food was great, just a little bit expensive. I love the amenities as well, my son got sick, luckily there was a clinic by the island
