I booked this hotel for the convenience of going on a safari the next day. The decoration style of the hotel is good, and it looks quite gorgeous, but the inside of the room is relatively ordinary. The facilities are very old, and the moisture can't get out after taking a shower. The whole room It is very, very humid (the kind of water flowing down from the reflection on the wall). When eating in the restaurant, there are stray cats begging for food. People immediately lower their heads. The next day, because the safari departed at 5 o'clock, the breakfast packaged by the hotel was relatively simple (not worth the price, it is recommended not to order breakfast). Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is very low, which is the level of the relatively poor express hotels in China. I booked one month in advance, it seems to cost more than 600, but after check-in, I checked the price on the day and it was only 300

Everyone said that this hotel is good, but no one said how pristine the road in is. If you only stay for one night and leave Yala, please do not book this hotel, especially during the rainy season, otherwise you will probably have to drive for several hours and face floods under heavy rain. Jinshan car did not dare to wade into the water rashly and had to ask for help from a jeep (additional fee). Another important information is that there are many mosquitoes in the room. People who are afraid of insects must not come here. If you are not afraid of insects, please bring toilet water.

Amazing experience. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The food is incredible, my wife is gluten free and has coeliac, therefore, she becomes very sick if she's eats food containing gluten. The head of the restaurant, I believe his name was Dilshan (apologize if this is wrong) was outstanding, he went out of his way to go through all the meals with my stating which ones were gluten free and even provided a plate of desserts which he got the chef to make specifically for her. Such a kind hearted gentleman. The service was phenomenal as per the other Jetwings we have stayed at. We will definitely be back.

Such a amazing place for a vacation.Me and my girlfriend stayed 5days at the resort and all five days spent happily and with so much of excitements. Food was great and service from the staff was great.Rooms are spacious and cozy.Beach in front of the hotel was so beautiful and all their rooms are facing the ocean. We had a swim each and every morning after the delicious scrumptious breakfast at their unique colored restaurant (which is also facing the ocean).Garden was so big and it’s gibbing you an idea of living with the nature Hotel has two swimming pool and we used the beach poo in the evening to spot the sunset and garden pool in the morning after the gym session. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay to the maximum level. Highly recommended

Wir wurden im Saffron Lake wie Fürsten verwöhnt!! Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Bungalow, feines Essen und überaus nette und zuvorkommende Geschäftsleitung!! Als wir ankamen war die Safary mit Privatem Chauffeur für uns schon gebucht. Vor dem Yala - Park war noch ein Rancher zugestiegen, der uns durch die vielfalt der Tiere begleitete. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt!! Der Chef hat für uns sogar das Taxi und die Zugfahrt nach Kandy gebucht. Diese tolle Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Beste Dank für ALLES

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we requested to change our breakfast to dinner, we were met with a flat-out refusal, despite hearing that they accommodated a similar request for another couple. Their excuse was that the other couple had booked through ***********, insinuating that they might leave a review there. This blatant favoritism and lack of fairness in customer service were incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. In addition to the above grievances, the breakfast at this hotel was abysmal. The quality and variety of the food were subpar, and it left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in our room was malfunctioning, causing it to drip water all night, making our stay uncomfortable and sleep-deprived. This combination of poor service, unfair treatment, terrible breakfast, and room issues made our experience at this hotel truly dreadful. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay.
