Tuisuneo Royal Kenz

We have just returned from 7 days at The Royal Kenz Hotell. Before going I phone the hotel to arrange for a cake and a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday. I was quoted £33...and ask to pay on my arrival. On arrival I was directed to the lady who deals with the guest who was very friendly and organised the cake and flowers straight away and was surprised that the cost was only £20. She was excellent and couldn't do enough for me.. She introduced me to the chef who would be making the cake. I had a word with one of the restaurant managers who reserved us a table and which was specially decorated with the flowers and after our meal the cake was delivered and 6 staff sang "Happy Birthday" to my wife. Thanks everyone concerned. ROOM: We book a twin room with a garden view..but to our surprise we had room 200..with a pool view..and a sea view. Plenty of wardrobe space. Coffee and te making facilities. Large bathroom with Shower in Bath. Very clean room and a balcony with table and 2 chairs. RESTAURANT: Bright and airy..with seating outside. Waiters were excellent..as soon as you sat down you was asked for your drink preference and they kept your glass full throughout your meal. FOOD: Spoilt for choice at every meal. No grumble whatsoever with any meal. You are allowed to use the al apart restaurant once in a 7 day stay. FACILITIES: Spa. 2 pools outside. 1 pool inside. Gift shop and jewellery shop on site. Plenty of sun beds available..no need to get up at 6 am to reserve any. ANIMATION TEAM: They are brilliant. They get everyone involved. BEACH BAR: 200 yards stroll to the private beach and bar. Plenty of sun beds. You must take a camel ride..£20. Good value. All in all a brilliant hotel. Definitely would return. Thanks everyone.

Was a little sceptical about booking this hotel after reading the reviews but I’m so glad I did , my advice to anyone would be don’t listen to them ! Just come back from a week stay and it was amazing , hotel reception , eating areas and room was very clean …. The food was really good as I always found something to eat , also the snack bar was really good food too The staff can not do enough for you and are always happy and full of smiles , they really are a credit to the hotel Entertainment was something different each night and everyone got involved was a great atmosphere And the beach is lovely !! We got up early one morning to watch the sunrise and it rises right at the part of the sea that this private beach is on , would definitely return ☺️

From the first day the staff were amazing and welcoming, throughout the holiday the animation staff made it enjoyable and made us feel welcomed. This trip would not have been the same without the animation team. I special shoutout to Bean, Katty, Speedy & Chicco. Gonna miss them loads

We wanted a breakaway and decided to try Tunisia having never been before. This hotel surpasses everything we wanted, relaxation, the sun and surprisingly for us the food. This has to be the best we have experienced, the quality is first class so our compliments to the chef(s). Everything I put on my plate I ate, no disappointments. The little cakes were really nice even though a lot were very creamy, we thought they were exceptional. The best for me was the pancakes and chocolate spread, just heaven. I have definitely put on weight here, we are still here enjoying everything. The staff here are absolutely lovely, everyone speaks to you and cannot do enough for you, we have been treated like royalty. If you have read a bad review don’t believe it. Ok it isn’t 5 star but it’s worth every penny. Some areas a little tired but what the heck! That doesn’t matter when you have everything else! Seriously cannot fault it and I have had the best time. If I had to complain about anything……there is always something 😀 they should ditch the paying bar as we hardly saw anyone in there, that would be a nice chilling area. Slightly better drinks…..I could not drink the g&t’s, I also would have loved to have had some Prosecco but this is not available. One other thing is the beach towels, you have to pay a deposit which they will give you back in Denars, you will need to spend these before going home. You CANNOT exchange back to English money at the airport, they will give you a receipt in the hotel but it is not accepted at the airport, only from a bank. Don’t hesitate, book this hotel, you won’t regret it.

I had originally booked another hotel just down the road but it was appalling so went to the Kenz to ask if they could let me stay for 3 nights. From the minute I walked in it was a world away from the 5* I'd come from. Pool, bars, restaurant, staff, animation and rooms were faultless. Booked to return next June. I've been to the kenz 30+ times and will never book anywhere else now. Days around the pool are filled with fun games and animation friendliness is above fantastic. Pool bar and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant food choices are outstanding and everyone makes sure everything is kept clean and filling up your glass without asking. Bar staff in lobby bar are super lovely and very quick to serve as well as waiter service through the evening. Evening entertainment is really good and can always find a seat and table. Really can't fault anything here. If you want a week of laughs or a chill by the relaxed pool, made to feel like royalty and leave needing to go on a diet this is the place to be.

Amazing Holiday!!! Full of entertainment and pure laughter! Wow ! Had such an amazing week at the Royal Kenz Hotel, we chose this hotel to celebrate one of our birthdays and went as a group of 5 ladies. The staff at this hotel really made holiday amazing, so accommodating and friendly. All the animation team are amazing, Mady, Chico, Katty, Speedy, Ibrahim and not forgetting Mr Bean/gomez , were all truly amazing they included everyone, nothing was to much trouble and they were all so so kind . The bar staff , waiters and house keeping again are amazing nothing ever to much. Entertainment is ,is what expected at an all-inclusive, quiz nights. Bingo and karaoke, the fire show was very good and they also had a drag show but we didn’t watch as wasn't my type of thing. The animation team make the nights amazing and fun and always interacting with the guests they are always so attentive with lots of activities to get involved in. The waiters at pool bar are also attentive and will bring you drinks if asked they remember your drinks and are always friendly. The life guards amazing, always plenty of beds around and with us bring a group of 5 we never rushed to pool and when we did go the lifeguards would happily get us 5 beds and put where we wanted. The activities are also good at pool and even if u don’t want to join in you aren’t pressured to join in. The food here is also amazing , lots to choose from at breakfast lunch and tea, 2 of out group had food intolerances 1 being gluten free and other one veggie an the options were amazing. Lunch we always had at the bar outside which was table service, a small menu but enough to choose from . The drinks are what you expect for an all inclusive but if you use the American bar you can get top shelf drinks and amazing cocktails for like £5 ! We only discovered this 2 days before we were due to come home so we would of used more if we knew about it, again the bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little dated, they were actually replacing carpets when we arrived so all nice an fresh. The spa here is amazing we paid around £60 for 5 treatments and they were all amazing . Trips – defo recommended the camels and beach horse riding book these with Joseph at the hotel pool side, him and his team are truly amazing Ali Baba is hilarious, defo recommended doing the paragliding this can also be booked at pool side . Defo worth going to your rep meeting though its worth knowing what’s available and the lay of the land. Tunisia its self is lovely, lots of security around and we always made to feel safe. Defo tip tip tip 10 dinar is like £2.50, cleaners, bar staff and waiters, works in your favour ! Will definitely be visiting again ! Love to all at Royal kenz ! Hotel very clean although rooms are a little jaded now. Silly little things ie three people in room but only two cups, two glasses and two towels. Entertainment really not my thing. I don’t go on holiday for holiday camp style entertainment. Found we went out to escape it and the music and entertainment round the pool during the day is really annoying. The beach was much more relaxing. The food in hotel was excellent. Such a huge selection and varied every day. Huge compliments to the chefs. The staff in the hotel particularly the dining room and beach bar were exceptional.

Where do i start, My stay 20th may till 30th may Firstly iv been to Tunisa before so i new all the hustle and bustle. Went here with my 12 yr old son and what a blast we had. Firstly the transfer was very straightforward, and easy some one to help us every step way. Rooms. When got here they had given me a room front facing, by that mean the front of hotel, and football courts. I called down and asked if we could move to pool view and within 10 mins we had moved. No problem at all for the hotel and staff, room was clean, light and bright, cleaned daily and fresh towels. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Food. Something for anyone to eat daily, always fresh and lovely, and most importantly hot. Food was that good my son asked for recipe for a dish that was made. Very big light and clean area, also staff couldnt do enough for you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Entertainment. Wow o wow on this where do i start. Outstanding comes to mind, Speedy, Maddie, kattie, Mr. Bean, Cicco. Just a few to name never stopped from morning till night, always got every one involved with activities. French bowls, darts, Aqua aerobics, water polo, sun bed quiz. just a few to mention. Night time entertainment. Drag act, fire show, karaoke, live band, Also if you won a game then you got a diploma and got it awarded to you at night before the main show. All animation team never stopped. Iv never been any where, with animation team being so full on loved it 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟 Short walk from hotel has private beach, beautiful sand. Lots of beds, also snack bar there plus snack bar at hotel Over all stay. Loved every minute of it, met some amazing friends. Would i stay there again. 👍 Hell yes in a heartbeat. Have i booked again yes see you in October Royal kenz cant wait
