Great location near the Wulin night market and several shopping streets, hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful

The hotel was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Close proximity to Fenqi station (2 min walk) and Wulin Night Market (10 min walk). Hotel breakfast spread was pretty good too with a varied selection of Chinese food and selected Western food.

Hotel is very new. Everything are all in very good condition. Location is fantastic. Close to the night market but at the same time quiet. Love how the hotel incorporated technologies into the entire room. From lights to curtains to television. Service was 100% top notch. Washed my clothes and staff went the extra miles to help me dry it when doing housekeeping. Super thankful for that. My friend and I are super wow-ed by the hotel. There’s even a pantry area where you can get coffee/tea if you required other than the mini bar (drinks are free during our stay) in the room. Totally recommend to book and stay here. 很新的酒店，服务一流。因为洗了衣服挂在厕所里， 客房服务员在打理房间时还帮我把衣服整齐的放回衣架。 地理位置很赞， 地铁站就在出口出来就是酒店门口。 靠近武林夜市，步行就能到。推荐入住。

Hotel is located at a very convenient location, walkable to West Lake and Night market! Amenities provided is also very complete! Lots of variety to choose from during breakfast. We met several helpful staff and would like to thank and complement Ms Zhangqinglu for assisting us in many ways!

Clean and spacious for 3 of us in the room. The front desk was also very helpful in giving us tips about traffic jam since we arrived on a weekend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very clean and modern. And I mean 'modern' . You tapped your foot against the bottom of the toilet seat to flush ; the toilet seat is heated . The curtains are electrically operated. The location us great , about 10 mim walk to the Wwlest Lake, 5 minutes to the lively Woo Lin night market. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. One young lady Fan Tian Qi was particularly helpful. She helped us qith all sorts of direction and advice. The hotel is also next door to a metro station Do be aware that the hotel is really ' a hotel in a hotel '. This hotel occupies only the 4th floor of the Zhejiang hotel. But they share all the facilities. Breakfast was very good. With the main focus on chinewe food. Bu there your omelette, sausages , ocassionaly chicken nuggets Hotel to be recommeded

Great location with train stations down to the hotel. Various of breakfast are great for me. Especially great help from reception 小张to assist us on check in and out. Brief every details of hotel to us. Thank so much. And concierge 小李help us contact our driver pick up using his own phone due to our phone line unable to use. Really thanks your help.

The hotel reception is very courteous, polite and friendly. The hotel room is newly renovatedd, very clean and big for family size room. The buffet breakfast has widespread of international and Chinese food. The location is excellent as it is 5 minutes walk to the Wu Lin night market, food street, big shopping malls.
