一家四口，房間很大，也很乾凈，帶孩子出遊首選全季，住起來安心，舒服，房間配置也很好，前台人員也很熱情，還送孩子了小禮物，

根據好評程度定了這家酒店，住後的感受是，這家全季酒店感覺裝修非常新，而且作為設計師，我看到了很多設計的細節，改進的非常人性化！床頭就是充電線，牙膏是分開的不用再拆除牙刷，而且拖鞋和牙刷包裝袋都是使用植物纖維製作的，新材料非常環保，我很贊成這樣的設計理念，整體居住讓人感到舒適、安全👍希望全季的品牌方可以看到這樣的支持評價

浴室有遺留下來的毛巾掛在浴室門上，馬桶內側有小便污漬，這個價格衞生這樣真的體驗感很不好

朋友臨時過來，訂了兩晚隔壁的這個房，一如既往的好。也説説幾點建議：
1、我訂的時候衹有零壓大床房了，到點時當天晚上有一個標間，果斷換房，沒有退差價，有點小遺憾！儘管是我主動換房，不過小哥可以提下；
2、第二天看到一位顧客在前台投訴，小姐姐非常耐心禮貌性回覆，看得我同情心氾濫，儘管如此並沒有影響她對其他人的辦事態度，這個專業表揚一下，建議小姐姐先道歉再解釋，沒辦法她在火頭上；
3、就一個電梯是軟肋，我們下來吃飯剛好壞了，六樓步行到地下室；
有機會還會入住！！！
