They asked me to go to Ctrip to check. Later, I asked another woman to answer the phone and said that she saw the message but didn’t say anything. Sorry, when I checked in at the hotel, it was told that breakfast was not included. The room I booked clearly included breakfast. I checked three times but it said no. I checked the order on my phone and showed it to the front desk. Then at midnight, the room next door kept making noise until 3 in the morning. I made two calls to the front desk but nothing was resolved. Not to mention the sound insulation effect. After staying for two nights, the front desk clerk had a bad attitude when checking out. He ignored you at all. He didn’t ask you how many people were there when you received the breakfast voucher and didn’t check in. Message, just give me 1 if you see me alone

When drilling or cutting, the sound was so loud that I couldn't sleep normally; at about 90 o'clock, I finally finished the decoration. The cleaning lady started chatting loudly in the corridor. The two aunts opened the door of the room and chatted while cleaning up. The content of the conversation I knew it so well that I decided not to sleep and ordered a takeout to be delivered to the front desk. I called the front desk three times before it was delivered to me. What kind of hotel was it? It took half an hour to deliver the takeout to me. It was no longer hot. It was really bad. I'm speechless. It's the worst experience I've had in Hangzhou. It's dirty and shabby. Don't come. Don't come. Don't come. Don't come.

There are many small restaurants nearby for easy eating. Recommend Hangzhou Tofu Pork Buns! And tofu and rice cake soup! It's delicious! The hotel can only leave at 12 o'clock. Ctrip originally has a 2-hour late check-out right for members. Other Hanting rooms have joined, but this one does not... The service is quite Buddhist. I ordered the takeaway. In the end, the takeaway brother couldn’t get in. I understand that it was a safety issue, but the staff took more than half an hour to deliver it.... The reason why Hanting was chosen is because his advertising slogan mainly promotes cleanliness, which is okay on the whole, and the cleaning situation.
