Very quiet place and far from town. Anyway, is great to stay over during my long transit. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

perfect! everything good: near the airport, have pick up service, clean, staff also nice. I arrived at midnight so need anything to eat, it’s very convenient because right across road have many small restaurant to eat.

I like this hotel, it is near the airport about 15min drive. the hotel stuffs are very friendly. i was provided with airport pickup and they do provide hotel dropoff too. the rooms are clean and new. great breakfast too with a lot of varieties. will stay here again when I come to Hangzhou

The front desk service was very good and polite. Because we arrived late and there were no rooms available, we were upgraded to a business king room. It was relatively quiet and we couldn't hear the planes taking off at all. It was very quiet. The room size was also suitable. We got up late for breakfast, so there might not be much left when we went downstairs. The location is also very good and convenient to the airport.

The room decoration is novel, the parent-child decoration is thoughtful and the children like it very much. The breakfast and pick-up service are also great. I have stayed in many hotels near airports and airports. Radisson Sega Hotel (Xiaoshan Airport Branch) is simply a super five-star existence. It is equipped with bathrobes and scales. The towels and bedding look very comfortable and clean. I also noticed that one of the two elevators has a horizontally shorter button panel for people with inconvenience. If you listen carefully during the day, you can hear the sound of the plane, but it is not the kind that roars overhead, which can be completely ignored. At night, I didn’t hear it at all. The inevitable sounds of late-night check-ins, early morning wake-ups, and TV at night in hotels near the airport were not noticed here. It can be seen that the sound insulation is good and you can sleep well. As an airport hotel, it can be full marks for safety, hygiene, no odor, and quietness, but they also have super value services! This Ctrip reservation includes free breakfast: Chinese, Western and freshly made wontons, various noodle soups and freshly fried eggs. Free airport pick-up and drop-off service: The driver is very professional, carrying a large suitcase up and down, which is very touching. You can just call to pick up the airport. Terminal 3 is at Gate 13 on the departure level. There is a shuttle bus for drop-off, but the driver will consider where to get off! The front desk will help call SF Express, and the cleaning lady will greet you warmly. You need to go downstairs to pick up the takeaway express yourself. I saw some comments saying that there is no small robot to deliver it. I laughed. Maybe I can look forward to it in the future.
