    Love this Hangzhou Macro hotel, it's so close to West Lake, traffic is so convenient. I managed to see a lot of interesting places by taking metro n buses. The hotel room is clean n quiet. Will definitely come back again😊 Also the green tea is the famous Longjing Tea which is easily over¥1000 - ¥2000/500g. Enjoy🍵

    The Good: - Location; near the mall and west lake but there are so many other options nearby like friendship hotel. - Service; the staff are generally nice and welcoming. The Bad: - Room; very old, smells, bathroom has mold and doesn’t feel clean overall. - Trip.com ranks this hotel as top choice (No. 1); this is a PAID AD, not ranked based on customer feedback. Beware! - electronics are old; don’t expect HD tv.
