我們訂的無早餐，店裡升級了送早餐，去早點吃，食物種類豐富，房間大，可以練習瑜伽，有場地，升級了湖景房，服務熱情，周圍公交地鐵方便，武林門碼頭在附近，下次杭州行還會入住！

酒店地理位置好，出行方便。
新裝修的房間衞生設施都很不錯，比圖片好很多，早餐也可以的。
工作人員都很熱情，特別是幫我們辦理入住的晶晶。

入住體驗極佳，星級賓館的服務周到細緻，新裝修的房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，配套設施完善。前台美女詩妍工作人員態度友好，因為帶小孩還幫忙送了餐券，餐飲服務美味可口。保潔書霞阿姨送來了小被子，非常感謝！整體環境優雅寧靜，交通便利，下次還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

五一選擇出遊杭州，三天兩夜出行十分緊湊，去哪裡人都很多，所以我們還是選擇了來杭州，入住了浙江大酒店，我們提前一天打電話聯繫酒店給我們安排好一點的安靜的房間，是前台晶晶接的電話，由於是第一次來杭州，問的問題也比較多，晶晶一直很有耐心回答我們的問題，加了微信，給我們推薦了當地的美食，很感謝她，給我們安排的房間我們也很滿意

在選擇酒店時糾結了很久還是選擇了浙江大酒店，辦理入住在25樓，有點不方便，但是前台晶晶的服務很好，看我們帶小孩還給小朋友贈送了小積木，很耐心的讓小朋友選擇自己想要的圖案，大廳還有一個藝術牆，值得打卡，五一出遊酒店距離西湖也就十幾分鐘的路程，坐船遊西湖十分愜意，總之這次杭州之旅很滿意，有機會來杭州還來住
