在住宅院子裏一樓，位置很好，旁邊就是中山中路，也就是以前的南宋御道，附近各種飯店都有，西湖很近。

與照片基本沒有差距，房東人挺熱情的，推薦了周邊可以逛的地方。房子周圍交通便利，吃飯的地方也很多。衞生間有點小，介意的可以看別的吧，總體性價比還可以。
