位置特別好，就在橋西歷史文化街區邊上，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都很温柔，早餐也不錯，窗外幾棵參天大樹鬱鬱葱葱，讓人心情愉悦。

性價比超高的酒店！意外的滿意～房間環境衞生雅緻，設施現代～有迎賓下午茶，健康早餐～服務態度好，餐廳阿姨特別按要求給我準備了無鹽早餐，非常感謝～隔音偏差，晚上遇到隔壁吵架被吵醒了，和管家反饋後很快解決，房間還是很安靜的，完全沒有臨街的車聲。

離小河直街不遠，本身就在藝術園區。
房間面積大，但設施保養還是有點讓人擔憂😔
去年入住，設施很新；今年再住，陳舊的氣息。
不知問題出在哪裡？

酒店離小河直街很近，晚上可以去逛逛，旁邊有一家咖啡店和一個工廠遺址改的公園，可以帶小孩滑滑梯。房間很大，很有設計感，屋裡雖然沒有智能家居，但有投影儀，屏幕很大，孩子看動畫片很方便。全程酒店都非常熱情，在入住前一天便打電話給我向我們介紹停車等訊息，入住後加了微信，有問題可以隨時諮詢，退房時，酒店還送了我們伴手禮。大家如果來小河直街玩的話，就來這裏住吧。

酒店離橋西 小河直街 博物館 都很方便 因為寵物友好 選擇了他家 不過杭州這個城市對寵物不是很友好 狗崽都沒怎麼出房間門

酒店在一個園區裏面，對面就是頂級豪宅江南里，環境是沒話説，溜達溜達很愜意，主要是衝著寵物友好去的，房間就這樣吧，所謂的景觀房也是小窗。

交通很方便，酒店門口就有公交站。雨天沒帶傘，前台小姐姐拿傘去接的。到店有送茶點和水果，晚上回來還有送夜宵。被暖到。早餐也很不錯。早餐部阿姨也很熱情。酒店鄰近小河直接和橋西歷史街區，有附近旅遊的強推。
