Hotels near Watsons (Wensan Road Shop) in Hangzhou

I looked at many and chose this one. It's very close to the West Lake. The lady at the front desk helped me check in in advance and also enjoyed a free room upgrade. The hotel lobby is magnificent, and the front desk service attitude is very good. The rooms upstairs are very clean, tidy, comfortable, and have no odor. The hotel is in a good location, quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. Transportation is also convenient, and there is a food street outside the hotel. The hotel also has a large parking lot. Parking is free and very convenient. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel. I personally think it is the ceiling of this price range. My little heart is beating wildly. Give Ms. Zhu a refill♥️

The hotel is in an ideal location to get around to sights. The entrance is away from the road which is great for people with kids. The rooms are clean and staff is quite friendly. I was able to get a room early which was awesome ☺️. I would recommend or stay here again.

The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was fantastic with lots of pressure and a large shower head. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The area is a quiet area, especially at night (no disturbances). There is a Starbucks a couple minutes walk away for a quick coffee run. The location was great for what I was in the area for. I did have a little trouble entering the location into the English Version Didi app. I ended up pulling the location on a Chinese maps app and the driver followed that. After that, I ended up typing in the DongFang Venice International Hotel into Didi since it was basically around the corner. I did notice that when opening Didi at the hotel it appeared to be called Jiayue Hotel (selecting Joy Hotel in Didi is not the correct location despite the address appearing to be the same as what was described in Trip App). The entrance to the hotel is on a small side street/complex area across from the Venice International Hotel. I have nothing but a positive impression of this hotel other than initially trying to find it. The thing I love most was that it was walking distance (10minutes) from Panchos Mexican Restaurant that I love to visit when in town. The photo attached shows the back side of Joy Hotel in view of the Dongfang Venice International Hotel. The primary Joy Hotel entrance is just around the other side of the building.

The hotel I booked for the marathon is very close to the subway entrance and Huanglong Center. The hotel service is very good. For horse runners, breakfast + late check-out are provided. There are welcome fruits in the room and a small parting gift when checking out. Intimate, warm and comfortable!

Recommended hotel: 1. The younger brother and sister at the front desk are super attentive and very user-friendly. 2. The location of the hotel is good. It is 500 meters away from the subway. I asked about the bus to various attractions at the door. 3. Mainly cost-effective. I have set a special room in the early 200s, and I upgraded a very warm room and checked the hygiene for those who have cleanliness. 4. Epidemic prevention is also in place, next time I come to Hangzhou, I will set this home.

The room is very clean, the bed is large and comfortable, the environment is beautiful, and the facilities are well-equipped. The hotel has a free parking lot and you can park for free. The design style is also very trendy. There are many value-added services, including kimono and Hanfu, which can be worn for free to check in and take photos. They can also help with laundry for free after paying. It is really considerate and full marks overall. Xiao Wei at the front desk is kind and amiable and recommends everyone to experience this hotel.

Exceptionally good service provided by Xiao Peng (小彭) and Xiao Xu (小徐). [The People] Xiao Peng always engage us and made us feel at home. You can see that she is genuinely passionate about her job. She informed us of the complimentary afternoon tea (from 2pm) and complimentary noodles for supper (from 10pm). Xiao Xu helped us with our check in and was very efficient. He also gave us some souvenirs on our last day and asked about our experience in Hangzhou. [The Hotel] Extremely comfortable and clean room. Love the open concept (1 door for the shower & toilet area). Pyjamas was thoughtfully provided as well. The most surprising part is that they even provide make up remover, face cleanser, garment detergent. 👍🏻 Free flow bottled water placed in the lobby and the lift area on each floor. Most hotels charge you for extra water but they don't. The location is very near West Lake. Not too sure about the transportation accessibility as I took Didi (taxi) all the time. 10/10 will book LESTIE HOTEL again when I revisit hangzhou. Highly recommend if you are considering to book this hotel.

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

酒店設施環境特別棒，大氣，簡約，德式風格，沒有花裏胡哨的東西，之前住華住會旗下酒店都是住桔子全季，第一次入住城際這個品牌，看到網上很多好評，特別看到很多人説娜娜服務很好，很巧的是昨天接待我們的就是娜娜，這小姑娘確實不錯，服務專業，熱情，貼心讓人覺得有回家的感覺，還很詳細的給我們介紹了酒店有免費的健身房和洗衣房，很方便，入住後也一直給我們噓寒問暖，還給我們介紹了附近哪裡可以吃飯，給她點👍，房間設計的我們也很喜歡，電視投屏特別棒，還有房間免費的飲品，德式精釀，簡直性價比太高了，還特地問了娜娜其他城市有沒有城際這個品牌，以後可能都衹會選擇城際啦！真不錯！
