If you are planning to visit Hanoi for a vacation and are reading this review, please stop thinking about making a reservation at this "hotel" for your stay. This listing is no where close to a villa or let alone a hotel. The makeshift so-called villa is located within a cafe and the location is extremely hard to find even on Google map. Upon walking in, you would be welcomed by a rude concierge via Whatsapp to ask you for additional payment (compulsory fees?) or to leave the premises right away even if you needed a moment to stand there to think or wait for a taxi to move to another place. The listing says Prepay online, so I am not sure what the deal is with this compulsory fee. See attached screenshots yourself. That's how rude and unprofessional people at this place are. The listing is a scam and shouldn't even be on Trip.com if they want to play safe with who they work with.

ホテルではなくアパートなのでフロントはありません。到着後どうしていいか分からず1階のカフェで声をかけると、担当の方が部屋まで案内してくれました。別途1日あたり400,000VND現地で支払いが必要。今回3白したので1,200,000VND。結局高くなってしまったので、予約時に分かっていれば他のホテルにしてました。***の近くなのでよかったですが…。タオル交換や部屋の清掃はありません。何かあればLINE等のアプリで対応してくれます。深夜早朝は店の横の黒い門から出入りしますが、その門の鍵も部屋と一緒にもらいます。チェックアウトが早朝だった為、鍵の返却等のやり取りがちょっと面倒くさく大変でした。1階がオシャレなカフェなので、部屋に戻る時はテイクアウトで購入していました。あまり旅慣れてない方にはオススメできませんが、特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。
