五一節前一天臨時決定出行，預訂了這個酒店，假期價格還算比較合理，門前有停車場。看到我們有帶小朋友，前台妹妹主動提供了小牙刷小拖鞋。酒店位置很好，在褒禪山景區內，旁邊就是華陽洞和褒禪寺，酒店前方是華陽湖，有一些水上項目如摩託艇、水上沙發，帶孩子玩了水上沙發，小朋友很喜歡，説很好玩，價格再優惠些更好。湖邊有水上棧道，直通褒禪山牛路探索營地，營地五一期間舉辦龍蝦啤酒音樂節，去湊了下熱鬧（酒店無法點餐，廚師都去那邊幫忙了）人挺多很熱鬧，在那邊吃了晚飯，嫌比較嘈雜，帶些涼菜回酒店露台繼續喝啤酒，晚風吹着不要太愜意哦，很棒的度假體驗。

酒店位置非常好，三樓平台可以看到褒禪山上的褒禪寺，正前方是一個水庫，裏面有不少遊樂設施，從酒店出來散步，水庫中有一個木製棧道，走八九百米就可以到達一個自駕遊營地。營地裏面有很多小朋友在裏面做遊戲，大人們參加音樂節吃小龍蝦。

這家酒店服務態度非常好，員工非常專業。環境衞生打掃的非常乾淨，山裡的空氣環境非常好，夜晚的星空格外耀眼，睡眠質量也非常好。真的很適合度假旅遊。早餐也非常豐盛，每個都嚐了些，味道都不錯。

很滿意的入住體驗！酒店位置很好，位於褒禪山景區內，景區內環境特別好，四面環山。酒店面朝華陽湖，晚上玻璃棧道的燈會亮起來，飯後散散步也是不錯的選擇。從酒店步行便可到華陽洞，停車也是非常方便的，酒店大門口就是停車位。房間內設施齊全，非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟，熱水來得也快，東西都比較齊全，早餐味道不錯，服務挺好的很用心，期待下次入住😁😁

酒店整體感官很不錯，走進大廳就很有感覺，各種靈璧石映入眼簾，左邊還有各類書本可以免費讀閲。進入房間，第一反應就是很乾凈很整潔，衞生這點也是我們住酒店第一看重的。第二看中的就是服務了，這個酒店的服務人員都很熱情，不僅有求必應，還會主動為顧客提供服務和幫助，酒店考慮的也很周到，一樓有免費的洗衣機，確實給我們住酒店的客人提供了很大的便利條件，下次過來還會選擇這裏！

位於天下第一遊記名山褒禪山的賓館，可按先賢王安石的足跡遊覽華陽洞褒禪寺，可按伍子胥的足跡品味“過昭關一夜急白頭”的場景，山中10公里的騎行綠道非常棒。賓館服務好設施好位置好非常棒還要再來👍👍👍

酒店服務不好，一家四口晚上洗澡沒有拖鞋，親自跑前台去取雙鞋給孩子洗澡穿，前台説我們已經取了兩雙，硬是不給取，讓我們回房間找塑料拖鞋，房間找了遍也沒找到，第一次遇到酒店這樣的服務，一次性拖鞋都捨不得給客户用，還揣測客户是為了拿走，無語😑
