實話實説，就是家庭旅館形式的，不叫他們打掃衞生，無論住幾天都不會主動給你打掃衞生，更不要説主動給你拿洗漱用品了，房間一股下水道味道。暖氣給關閉了，空調夜裡打不上温度。

我是8月29號定的30號的房間，開了一天車趕到哈爾濱，到了哈爾濱冰都時尚快捷賓館辦理入住時，説沒有房間了，前台給我們説讓住另外一個賓館，並且説把房間給我們升級，結果他們用車把我們送到一個名字叫“不了情快捷賓館”這個賓館的房間沒有窗户，房間又小又亂，走廊黑呼呼的，衞生間地漏反水。我原來定的賓館房間有窗户，而且看圖片乾淨整潔。我們都是退休長者自駕旅遊，開一天車非常勞累，就想找個乾淨實惠的賓館能洗澡休息，可這家店極其不負責任，把我們給拉到別的賓館，最讓人氣憤的是還説給我們把房間升級了，結果房間衞生間狀況非常不好，不能洗澡，沒有窗户悶的難受，一個晚上也沒睡好。你們怎麼能這樣呢？來看看你們“升級”的房間
