처음 체크인한 방은 에어컨 미작동되는데 계속 기다리면 된다. 10분을 기다려도 정상작동된다. 화장실 청소가 안되어 있어서 2시간 외출하면서 청소해달라고 요청했으나 안함.
에어컨 불량으로 방교환해서 왔더니 여기 화장실도 청소가 안됨. 청소해달라고 하니 바닥 닦는 대걸레로 바닥만 닦고 감. 한국인 투숙이 처음이라고 하더니 역시나 한국인이 예약하지 않는 이유가 있었습니다.
침구류는 건물 복도에서 말리셔서 눅눅한 냄새가 나고 트립닷컴에서 예약한 이래 이렇게 실망스러운 곳은 처음 경험합니다.

設施：設施很齊全，交通也很方便，周邊哪都夠得到
衞生：衞生很好看，屋子裡還有淡淡的香味。
環境：環境優雅，也很温暖，很喜歡。
服務：店家服務態度很好，小姐姐很貼心，也很熱情
唯獨就是我們住的房間挨着電梯，一個晚上都能聽到電梯的聲音。

真的非常好特別好，非常好，特別好都很熱情，服務人員特別細心，有問題都能幫忙解決環境倒是一般般，但是地理位置非常優越，往後走就是中央大街往前走，就是索菲亞大教堂

酒店公寓應該是有年頭了，內部裝修陳舊一般，房間夠大，是一房一廳的房子，把客廳里加了一張床，不過有沙發和茶几，因為客廳夠大，個人覺得，如果人多的話，同樣的價格，4個家人一起在一個公寓住，肯定比酒店住的感覺好很多，不過公寓的電梯有點慢，可能是人多使用頻率太高了，地理位置不錯，離中央大道不遠，還有網紅早市不遠

住四個大人完全沒問題。房間也夠大能活動開來。衞生條件還可以。不過離索菲亞教堂跟中央大街那麼近，性價比還那麼高的酒店就很少了。很好以後有機會來哈爾濱還會再光臨

房間太好了，主要是老闆很熱情，房間很乾凈，周邊設施就太多了，哈爾濱市中心地段，出門兩分鐘索菲亞，走路八分鐘中央大街，麥凱樂，哈一百都是下樓就是。性價比也特別好，值得推薦
