The hotel in Harbin, China was a delightful surprise. The rooms were spacious and stylishly decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm and hospitable, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. From the impressive breakfast spread to the comfortable common areas, the hotel provided a memorable stay in Harbin.

Roomy accommodations, clean and helpful staff. Breakfast included was ok, with not many Western options available, what was not an issue for me but can be an issue for other travelers. Location is relatively far from city centre but nearer to the Ice and Snow Festival venue.

The service was very good. I had two children and was upgraded to a family room. The staff was very welcoming. We stayed for 3 days in total and the kids had a great time.

The overall feeling is OK, but I didn't see the children's slippers mentioned in the title. Other things are OK. The smell in the room is quite strong, so it needs to be cooled down. The service at the front desk is still good.
