定了兩晚住了十三個小時不讓退掉另一晩兩百塊錢不給退入住之前也沒有説明不可以退隔音效果還特別差隔壁打遊戲打呼嚕咳嗽全都能聽到窗户漏風沒有洗漱用品沒有拖鞋沒有衞生紙水龍頭也是壞的枕頭下面還是油漬真的很臟！#衞生

優點：位置好，附近1949豆腐腦早餐店乾淨好吃便宜。離松花江，兆麟公園，中央大街，索菲亞教堂，哈爾濱站，中華巴洛克都特別近，打車9元，不行幾分鐘到10幾分鐘左右。室內温度好，地暖。缺點，房間太小，轉不開身設施簡陋，沒有放衣服的地方，我們衣服都放在窗台上了，窗户漏風，洗漱沒有熱水，住兩晚，沒人給擦地，不提供洗漱用品，連衞生紙都沒有，跟服務員説跟沒説一樣。被褥看不出是新換的，好在自己帶了一次性床單。

老闆娘家十分的吝嗇，一次性的牙刷紙巾都要我們左説右説才給一點向是在乞討一樣，而且質量差的不敢恭維衞生極差

設施很舊，但是房間很乾凈（床單被子衞生堪憂）感覺被子床單灰濛濛的，地暖挺暖和，晚上睡覺一些乾燥
