It was not as expected. Reception was way farther than expected and the room was smelly like the toilet was not cleaned. The A/C was really noisy and the bathroom smelled like a public toilet that stunk up the whole room. Its not for a family stay for sure and not worth it. There are better options i guess.

Great location. However, check in progress was difficult to figure out for foreigners. There is no front desk, so if you’re reading this.. call the number and they will tell you to go to a shop next door. Also the door in our room had no peephole. It was missing and stuffed with paper. The neighbors seemed very loud.. if you’re expecting silence, please look elsewhere. Around 12-3 am they’d seem to be in a verbal fight that almost sounded physical. Either that’s what it was or that’s just part of the culture.
However with all that said, I’d give this place another shot if they fixed their peephole and had some silent floors for work and business travelers.

位置很好找，離地鐵站和火車站都近，出行很方便。地鐵口步行3分鐘，哈西站步行9分鐘，房間很乾凈也很大，佈置的很温馨，燈光柔和，特別是枕頭和床墊很舒服，睡眠質量不用擔心。老闆服務態度也很好。值得住的一家店

這個酒店真的太好太好了，房間非常乾淨整潔，住的很舒服，去前台辦理入駐的時候還碰到了一間暖心的事，我看到有專門為南方小土豆們準備的東北五常大米，真的有被暖到，雖然我是東北的沒有我的份但我也被這個舉動暖到了，前台小哥哥服務很熱情，態度非常好，我都已經上高鐵了，以為有東西落在房間裏，他還耐心的去跟房嫂溝通，幫我找東西，最後在我行李麪找到了，哈哈哈，但還是感謝，以後有機會來哈爾濱還來你家

老闆人很好，因為我個人原因不喜歡他安排得房間，二話沒説給我換了一個，我自己開門進去才發現，他給我免費升了好幾級，體驗感拉滿。哈爾濱住得最滿意得一次，我前天住的錦江之星都和這沒法比，很棒。環境，乾淨，很新，比圖片更漂亮，位置很安靜，窗口望出去很舒服。位置，出地鐵最多300米。3分鐘就到啦。
