The intentions to visit Haridwar is always spiritual and what best one could imagine to stay at the bank of holy river Ganga. The team of Pilibhit House is amazing. Their warmth and hospitality did not let me feel that I m in a commercial property. My entire family felt at home. My special thanks to Mr. Shivam who arranged Ganga Aarti for us and accompanied us exploring Haridwar market. Thank you team Pilibhit house.

Stayed in this property in April 2024, it was such a amazing experience right from check-in with welcome ritual. every second you spend in the property makes you feel special and cared for. Flute recital in the morning, Bhajan in the evening, Ganaga Aarthi and Music during dinner each and every event is planned to elevate that spiritual experience. Priya, Anshika, Kajal and Kishan from the restaurant very caring and very courteous. Yamlal Ji was very helpful with arranging local EV transport and guiding us with local places to visit. Special Thanks to life gaurd Gurumeet Ji helping us with Ganga bath. I will look fwd to my next visit to Haridwar and my stay at Pilibhit house

The hotel overall was average. The showers were warm, not hot. The restaurant service was very slow - expect to wait around 25 minutes to receive a sprite after you have ordered it and approximately 40 minutes for your food. The only good member of restaurant staff was Anshika who actually cared about the customers at the tables and was very efficient. Everyone else would happily be standing around doing nothing or talking to each other.

This is a fabulous and luxurious place to stay rather expensive. Location is desirable to access the Ghats and prayer places in case of interest. Staff very friendly and helpful. Because of exuberant pricing the occupancy is limited and that affect the food in the restaurant because of low turn over and the food get stale especially during breakfast. The only way that can be avoided is to limit the ready food and offer freshly cooked food only. This was a significant disappointment after paying $400 per night! The rituals, the music, were acceptable but nothing to brag about. The place and the room exceptionally clean and comfortable but I think (my personal view) that similar place and services could be obtained at an affordable price.

Most awesome hospitality, excellent interiors, whole place has been done so tastefully it looks like a painting. They are adding a gym at the rooftop which will fill up a small gap. The new restaurant at the terrace specialises in pan Asian cuisine but also serves pizzas. Setting of the restaurant is excellent with river views, food and service are impeccable.

What an amazing property. Once the main gate opens and you enter the courtyard at the lobby you are transported to hypnotic view of Maa Ganga. Traditional welcome with a warm smile by the hotel staff. The hotel is at par with any Taj Palace category. But being a vegetarian and a no-alcohol property it is put under Seleqtions category. Wonderful courtyard with live Indian Music almost throughout the day. Beautiful reception and sitting area. Sumptuous food at the restaurant with Satvik Thali, Pahadi Thali and Swaminarayan Thali being the highlight of the menu. We tried them all and they were all amazing. Scenic ***go tree covered swimming pool with dine out deck. Arrey of activities like palm reading, morning yoga sessions, morning walks on the ghats, sightseeing, ***dir darshan and shopping assistance etc. Majestic rooms with courtyard or river view rooms. Customized Pilibhit House stationary, crockery, and bathroom amenities. The highlight of the property is the hotel’s own Ganga Ghat where can have a dip in the Holy Ganges at your convenient time and evening Ganga Arti on the same ghat in a crowd-free atmosphere. The team at Pilibhit House is excellently steered under the leadership of the GM Mr. Vikas Nagar and taken forward by FOM Jitender, He***t and Nikita at the Front, Ank****a, Taranjit, Disha and Gaurav at the restaurant, Anchal, Seema and Ajit at Lobby, Yamlal and Robin at the main-gate and hotel Guide Arvind. The ***agement is professionally driven as per the TAJ standards but with a warmth of a personal touch. All pros and no cons. Cheers to Team Pilibhit House for a wonderful and a warm hospitality.

Amazing place but over priced. Old world luxury haveli experience. Great staff and beautiful Ganga at foot steps. Flute and music with open courtyards great service. Ganga Rti Panditji Yoga teacher all are great Needs a gym though. Overall excellent place.

if you miss being here, you will miss it ! you talk about nothing right from aesthetics, welcome gestures, food, rooms, cleanliness, staff behaviour, guests engaging, their private gear, their bhajan Sandhyas, their high tea sessions! everything is top notch. singer at restaurant for dinner will make sure u sit there for longer periods and eat more~!

A lovely experience in the Holi city of Haridwar. the property is on the banks of the river, with its own private ghat. there is a lovely private ganga arti in the evening. the staff are outstanding - they accomodate your every wish with a smiling face. There is a lovely lounge area where guests can relax and watch the river flow by. The evening tea is agood experience
