The condo we stayed in was amazing. They had everything we needed. The bed was a comfortable Tempur-pedic that adjusted. We had breakfast every morning on the lanai. There was even beach chairs that we used to eatch the whales.

Great place to stay. The units are large - a "one bedroom" has two full bathrooms, and what most would consider a second bedroom. The pool and BBQ area were always clean. Fresh herbs by the BBQ to pick and add flavor to whatever you're grilling. We had friend staying nearby. They were jealous.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Whaler's Village mall was a short walk away along with several dining options.

clean property especially gardens. our unit needs updating as electrical was finicky. location of property is ideal to whalers village. will come back next year since units are a nice size.

We were victims of explicit racism at this place. Here is what happened. We stayed at the property for a whole week and spent a lot of time every single day at the pool with our 2 young young (aged 6 and 2). On the 2nd last evening (Nov 23) of our stay, my wife was looking for the restroom by the pool, and an employee came and helped her. The next evening (Nov 24), the same employee came to my wife and abruptly asked her "Were you the same person who asked me where the restroom was yesterday? What is your room number?" My wife told him our room number but felt very uncomfortable. We spoke to the front desk and were told that the employee did so because "some local people have been sneaking and you look like local people". Okay we are Asians. And one of the few non-white families there. But was it the right thing to do? Targeting a family who had been going to the pool every day for a week just because they were Asians? This incident pretty much ruined our whole trip.

Overall the condo was very nice but there were a couple of small issues: 1) The kitchen microwave didn't work, but Stacey got me a substitute microwave. 2) The GFCI in the master bathroom stopped working the day before I left. Tried to reset but couldn't. The GFCI in the guest bath did work. 3) One light bulb over the dining room table was out. (No big deal.) 4) When you tried to fill the kitchen sink to wash dishes, there was a significantly reduce outflow of hot water. 5) The rubber seal on the sink stopper was badly worn.

Great views. Unit was dated but spacious. Nice big lanai. Ran out of pool towels daily. Great shade options by pool. Excellent location.

We stayed here for 6 nights and had an amazing time. The location is great - right in front of the beach and a short walk to the Whaler’s Village. We booked a 1 bedroom ocean view but it was really a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo since the den was converted into a room with a pocket door. It was so spacious and clean and we had a lot of space for our family of 4. My husband really loved the gym and said it was really well equipped. The pool was on the smaller side but wasn’t too crowded. There’s also a quiet pool right next to the main pool but my kids didn’t want to feel pressured to be quiet. The towel service is available 8 am to 6 pm and there’s so restaurant so this isn’t a full service resort but for the kitchen and laundry, it was a really wonderful and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The kaanapali Alii property is very well maintained, and the personnel who work there are the best. Their friendliness toward my family and me was exceptional. They are good people who serve their guests with authenticity and a clear awareness of their role in the quality of their guests' vacation.

We stayed 7 nights & had a wonderful time! Situated a great area & easy access to beaches & shopping. Staff was friendly & helpful. Had great amenities. Cleanliness was good but attention to detail was not quite there. There was some leftover hair on the shower walls (definitely not mine because it was a completely different hair color), but place overall felt clean otherwise.

This is a luxury condo resort on Kaanapali beach. The oceanfront 2br condo was perfect for our family of 5 with perfect views. We were able to use the kitchen and the poolside bbq grill which is very nice to have and recommended. Rooms are nice, cool and well stocked with kitchen appliances. Housekeepers come every 3 days. Staff are very friendly and concierge available for trip planning, photos, rentals. Parking is easy and free. No bar or restaurant at the resort but restaurants and shopping is easily accessible along the beach walk or short drive. Washer and dryer are in every unit which allows for light travel and packing. We had kids so plenty of that going on at pool but could be a bit too much at times if you’re looking for peace and quiet. We had a great experience so I would return.

Very Spacious place. I would definitely come back again. Quiet and not over crowded. I love how it is so close to the beach.

Condo was in excellent condition with great amenities. Clean, beautifully furnished with beachy vibes. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and great at what they do. Perfect location with gorgeous pool area and easy access to the beach. We had a fantastic time!
