酒店門臉不算大，但首次入住易達，位置不錯，距淮河路步行街，地鐵2號線，逍遙津公園，李鴻章故居都不遠。房間不大，但佈置得緊湊且很舒服，配備的毛巾浴巾杯子都是環保的。房間打掃得也很潔凈，負責保潔的徐師傅每天都上門打掃，連住3晚，每天都能看到徐師傅在打掃房間或公共區域的身影。前台服務熱情規範到位，前台小姑娘個個待客彬彬有禮。還會入住海友酒店

房間衞生乾淨，就是有點小，環境很好，出行方便，門口就是公交站，離地鐵站也近（2號線），到包公園和李鴻章故居均不到800米，服務好特別是前台的小姑娘，最點讚的是礦泉水管夠

住了很多次了，基本和朋友出來都是住海友。環境很好，衞生也很乾凈，整體真的都很滿意。周邊離步行街那邊也很近，交通也很方便。前台也很熱情很友好，朋友生理期來的時候，酒店人員也提供了很好的幫助，很感謝。基本之後每次出來玩都會住這家的，很喜歡。

酒店除了房間小一點，其他都很好，乾淨衞生，該有的東西都有。初二入住，前台一個圓臉姑娘服務熱情，給我們推薦了很多景點；一個黑衣服姑娘也很好，熱情服務；最最最差的是初六離店時值班的一個學生頭小個子姑娘，態度跟別人欠她800萬似的，愛搭不理，因為要早走趕不上吃早餐，提前兩天就跟前台説了要個簡餐帶着，其他兩個前台記錄好，説沒問題，結果走那天趕上她值班，一口就回絕了説沒有簡餐，我説別的前台都答應了，她才不情不願找出兩份，裏面還被吃掉了一個麪包。大過年的碰到這種服務人員真的無語，希望你們酒店對這種人整改，不要壞了酒店名聲。
