I felt okay when I stayed here in the summer of 2020. I thought the decoration, furniture and everything else were pretty good. But the things that need to be improved this time are: the cups for washing are not clean, and the sheets are like this when they first arrived... The pillows are not very comfortable to sleep on, and the lights in the room are broken and half of them are not lit (I forgot to take a picture of it).

Environment: It is seriously different from the photos. There are used byt and rhy in the room, as well as male body fluids... I don't know how long they have been there. There is a smell of amorous feelings in the room... Dirty and messy!! The corners of the bathroom are all yellow, so disgusting. There are spider webs on the air conditioner, which looks like it has been there for a long time. There are all kinds of unknown liquids on the chairs. I seriously suspect that I was given a room with something unknown... I went out to see other rooms and they were all OK, but our room was disgusting.
Service: I left something in the hotel, called the hotel to help find it, and it was within an hour of the check-out. They said that the cleaning staff thought it was garbage so they threw it away. So much shampoo and facial cleanser, and a pair of very new earrings, can they just say they don't want it? The service is really pretty 6, really down, considering it is under GreenTree Inn, 211 is not as good as a homestay for one night... I don't know where the good reviews come from, did they ask someone to give it to me?
