酒店工作人員服務熱情，前台辦理入住時送上消毒擦手布、檸檬水，房間內有歡迎水果。當前台劉子怡瞭解到我們還有一人無早餐時，當即為我們贈送了一份早餐，讓我們感受到酒店滿滿的誠意。除了房間內標配的礦泉水外，酒店在出樓層電梯處還擺放有礦泉水（見圖二），供客人按需自取，這點是優於其它酒店的。早餐品種比較多，能選擇到適合自己的主食菜品。在酒店餐廳用了一次午餐，味道很好，菜量實在，衹是有點小貴。酒店提供的免費上下午茶也很不錯。酒店衞生間是乾濕區分離，但是沒有設定晾衣繩，觀察了下，可以在淋浴間裏設定一個，畢竟有小東小西需要洗洗晾曬。

出差旅遊首選這家酒店，前台漆永永熱情好客讓人感到很温暖。看我帶了小孩還給我免費升級了房型房間的衞生乾淨床鋪都很舒適。聽朋友説酒店服務很好 沒想到入住後體驗感這麼棒，酒店有免費的下午茶歇提供甜品，小吃，乾果水果等，小漆還很大方的給我贈送了早餐讓我體驗一下，早餐很不錯，因為是自助的所以早餐品種比較多，營養搭配均衡不僅能吃飽還能吃好特別是拉麪和羊雜很值得推薦！地理位置也很方便就在商圈附近，鬧中有靜，對面的燒烤值得去品嚐，巷子裏的三益軒，老字號，碗蒸羊羔肉，絕絕子，去哪裡都很方便，酒店位於北京東路，酒店建築特別醒目，旁邊是公安局，安全感滿滿，酒店的工作人員還會熱心的推薦當地的美食和遊玩地點，酒店的設計很温馨，大廳氛圍安靜，有輕音樂，還有淡淡的香氛味，有任何問題小漆都會幫忙解決 為小漆點贊

我們抵達銀川時入住美麗豪，離開時亦選擇了美麗豪，這本身就説明瞭我們對此店的感受！即使在疫情期間客流量受到一定的影響，但該店的每一位服務員依然恪盡其責，兢兢業業做好各自的工作。感謝馬文靜女士，感謝每一位服務員，我們會再來的。

酒店位置一般般，對面有個夜市但衹有三家大排檔的那種；酒店停車還算可以地上停車場比較大但很曬！地下停車位很少而且車輛密集還特別黑；服務呢一般般吧，路過的保潔員都會跟你打招呼，看別人的評論開會送吃的送銀耳湯啥的，我們什麼都沒有，而且訂單包括下午茶夜宵，下午茶呢趕上什麼吃什麼，大夏天的都是熱飲，擺個咖啡機不知道是不是壞的反正就是不亮燈不能打，夜宵呢我們住了上晚是沒吃過也沒看見過，而且入住的時候也沒説幾點有在哪！再説説房間吧，房間不是很大，衞生還可以，衞生間很彆扭洗澡會漏水，搞得衞生間全是水，設計是乾濕分離但洗完澡馬桶那邊也是水，而且樓上漏水，找到服務員説是因為樓上浴缸泡澡放水呢！最吐槽的就是星級酒店房間裏沒有冰箱很是無語！再説説早餐吧，早餐品種不多但夠吃了，贈送了小孩早餐很人性化，但去吃了三天入口無人問哪個房間幾個人，隨意進出～總體一般般吧！除了房間有浴缸沒覺得是星級酒店

服務態度蠻好的，早餐品種不算豐富，味道還可以的，送餐服務本身確實挺好，但是菜品很一般，價格也並不便宜，淋浴房下水弄了個瓷磚蓋上的，這個很不安全的，很容易碰到腳後跟的。

第一次來銀川選擇了美麗豪酒店，讓我非常的驚喜。酒店所有員工都非常有禮貌，每次看到我都會主動向我問好。辦入住時前台的小姐姐還貼心的倒茶水，辦理入住也很快。有一個叫張婷婷的小姐姐，在入住後還給我發酒店的早餐時間，地點；洗衣房位置，並且告訴我有任何問題都可以找她。非常貼心。酒店的早餐也是豐富可口，拉麪，涼菜，熱菜，麪點，水果應有盡有。房間也很舒適。性價比非常高，推薦大家出差時也來美麗豪酒店體驗一下熱情的服務。
