We loved this property right on the river. Our room was river view with a balcony and overlooked the beautiful scenery. The lobby was warm and inviting and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. A bonus was the covered parking. My only critique is that the facility needs to be freshened up a bit. Overall we enjoyed our three night stay and would return.

The mattress was horrible and so was the chair in the room. Sunk down in both. The chair was also stained and needs to be replaced.

Room wasn’t clean. Fold out couch bedding needed to be changed. Tootsie pop stick still on sheets. When new sheets were brought up we got a look at the gross mattress. Food was left in microwave. Pillows were old and flat. Asked maid for towels the next day but never brought up, even after we asked her to just leave them on the table next to door. Worst Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in.

Great hotel location. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast with a very limited seating.
Beds need to be replaced.

I liked that it is close to all the small markets and exhibits, you can leave your things and just walk around, the staff is very friendly. Thank you for your service.
What I didn't like at all is that animals are allowed in the rooms, it's not hygienic at all. Next time I will try to find a place that does not allow animals in the rooms.

For the cost of the room I felt it could have been updated and in better condition. The hotel is certainly due a reface. Breakfast was a bit better then most for its options.

I have stayed at 3 different hotels in the last couple of months. The level of service, cleanliness, amenities, and overall feel, comfort, ability to be made welcome was by far superior and refreshing. The cookies, the service from the front desk, your breakfast in the morning, the station for coffee and teas, The shower, wow. I was treated like a guest, and made to feel like I was valued. Clean Room, Good amenities. Kind front desk. Thank you for a stay that restored my faith in hotels as a good place to go.

We were only there overnight, but it was a pleasant stay. The aroma of fresh baked cookies greeted us on arrival, beds were comfy, room was clean, friendly staff and great breakfast to start off your day. We would stay there again.
