-Bad location. Dragging luggage in the snow/ice surface is tough
- Self check in hotel. But, Trip.com did not forward my details to the hotel. We did not receive the pin.We have to call hotel directly and wait in the snow.
- It is dirty. Bath curtain got blood stain. Pillows is dirty.

Within walking distance from Helsinki Central Station. Great location if you can get on the tram. There is neither the front desk nor the resident. The check-in time was from 3:00 pm, so I didn't care too much and had trouble when I checked in after 11:00 pm. I called the service center from here, told the necessary information, and checked in, but there was a problem with the response of the person who answered, and it took about 30 minutes just to check in. I think the check-in information on the booking form is too complicated.
