Parking is available in front and behind the hotel. Parking is very convenient. The staff are welcoming and the location is easy to find, right on the road! The room is tidy, comfortable, clean and hygienic, especially the bed is very comfortable to sleep on, which is similar to the quality of a four or five-star hotel! Thanks to the hotel staff for sending two extra bottles of water. I went to the front desk to get two pieces of A4 paper, both of which were free of charge. It was really awesome! I will definitely choose to stay here next time I go to Heshan. It’s a very satisfying experience. I wish you a prosperous business!

This hotel gave me a lot of surprises. I arrived at around 8 a.m. because I had a baby over one year old. Before booking, I called the hotel to ask if I could check in early. The staff helped me apply for early check-in. I later learned that my baby hadn’t eaten. Breakfast was given to us free of charge and delivered to the room. The key point was that it was delicious. My baby and I drank all the soup and they helped me carry my luggage. The baby was quite naughty and scattered snacks everywhere. Notifying the housekeeper, they immediately came to help clean up the bed. When they saw some dirt on the bed, they even offered to help us change the quilt cover. The security guard was also very enthusiastic and helped me push the stroller downhill. When leaving the store, he even ran out to help us reverse the car. Miss No. 05 is really very good at service and very gentle. She handles everything from phone inquiries to check-in. This is my first time in Heshan and I feel a strong sense of human touch!
