This premier inn was well located for an early flight from t5 . With a sensible £6 overnight parking charge we were well placed for a 5 min drive to long stay parking early doors . Normal good standard from premier inn with the usual decent beds . Would certainly use this again if I was using my car .

We have previously stayed at the Bath Rd Premier Inn, which has a busy rather frantic feel in reception, we had slightly different parking arrangement this time and this Premier Inn looked worth a try. This is now our go to option for a pre-flight hotel at Heathrow as we felt it a much more relaxed option.

We stayed at this hotel so many times because it's convenient for us the catch the plane from Heathrow not too far from this hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable as well. They have their own restaurant so breakfast and dinner with reasonable price. Also the staff is always helpful.

Sheena is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always has a lovely smile to greet you when come into hotel and willing to help guests out and to make ur stay more comfortable..the rooms are always clean and comfortable..would definitely recommend dealing with Sheena..from all the staff Sheena is definitely the best of them all..

All good, cheap and cheerful. Good basic stay. Really good service from Sheena at check in and breakfast time. She provided a nice Easter treat for daughter. Plenty of parking as hotel seemed quiet. Convenient location just off the M4. Nearest tube was about a 5 min drive away or would bd about a 20/25 min walk.

This was my second visit its was excellent as usual, comfortable bed, clean room , check in was quick and effective, breakfast was amazing sheena took good care of us , staff are very friendly and all are helpful had no issue during my stay car parking is specious never had difficulty staying.
