Small hotel located within district 1 city ctr. Easy to walk to everywhere. Within market alley. Small place outside hotel for car to wait. Small room without window. I upgrade to a room w window n bigger.

Every thing good. New and clean. Nice staff. Center can walk to near by attraction

This hotel located almost the heart of the city, just 700 m (10 minutes) from Bin Tinh Market. The only thing that irritated us was there was someone smoking in the fire exit which we notified the front desk but they did nothing. So, that night and next morning, we suffered from that stinky smell.

All the service staff were great and very helpful. It was a pleasant stay. Remember to bring your travel adaptor

This is second time to stay this ho9tel. The people are good and enjoy to re-book again.

Simple but sufficient for a 2 night business trip, lots of food nearby. Room is comfortable and cosy.

The location is very good, just a few minutes walking to the Nguyen Hue walking street. Breakfast in the rooftop is very nice with vietnamese food and nice view to cafe apartment.

It's a pity that the all of staff isn't capable to communicate in English accept for 1 of the reception lady Ms Delwyn and one of the guys. Before arrival we sent 3 emails but never got a response en pointing out was as usual sm"so sorry". That seems a word that they all know and frequently used. We were early arrivals and that was our email about. We where ask to wait an hour to get the room ready. After returning after 1.5 hours, "so sorry" wait for 1 hour was the reply. I dont understand why the cleanings personal can't pick the rooms to clean asap for the guest instead of going floor by floor, keeping you waiting. Other hotels do so you accommodate there gyest as good as possible. I guess they are still learning emand hope it gets better because its a good hotel not to far from some activities and nice places Ask a question and don't expect any good answer, even with Google translate you won't get a satisfying response. We stayed 5 days/4 nights and not once the bedlinnen was changed. Even with an unidentified mark, we got a sorry showing the picture. Breakfast is poor and every day the same fruit, eggs, bread and cold fries. The coffee that is more cold than hot. I had to ask for hot water to get my coffee a bit warmer. It's a pitty because the coffee is very good. And again, no communication possible because of no English speaking personal. Laundry service is provided by a local company and it's very cheap, cheaper that the hotel is offering. The added cost to the bill, (I try to ask what for) you can guess the answer, so sorry and stayed unanswered. I guess something need to be worked out since they opened for just a few months. The slippers in the hotel are necessary, check them after 2 days. The cleaners need to do a better job to keep the hotel great. Management need to step up and kearn from this. Cleaning is very poor. Breakfast was ok . Location is best but down hotel it's like market area which looks wired to stay. I suggest choose liberty hotel green view as it's very very good hotel. Better then this one
